5-TILES Keyboard for Android
After quite an adjustment period (5-months) you can get used to using this keyboard and it takes up way less real-estate on the screen. There only two things this keyboard needs so I don't have to keep switching between keyboards. 1. Emoji: if they were to put a set of pages inside of the cheat sheet menu with Emojis on it, then I wouldn't have to keep switching back to Gboard. 2. Google Voice Shortcut: I use quite a bit in situations where typing would be dangerous or when I don't know how to spell a word.
once you get familiarized with it, you will love it.
its a shame this app hamstrung itself on poor user interface and communication. one can't learn to type with something so esoteric. why not include a demo mode and training app directly inside?why fish for every little thing? only the devs know, and they're great but I need more to go on than just promises.
It wasn't as difficult as I expected it to be.
It deserves a try!! You won't be disappointed. Once you practice a bit, it's very fast!!!!
I like the idea of a compact keyboard that doesn't use much screen space. However, only five keys is too few. For example, 'e', the most common letter, requires a drag across the whole screen. Anything that's not a letter requires you to remember how to do it, as it's not shown on the 'resting' keyboard. In comparison, MessagEase (the keyboard I'm currently using) requires a lot more space, but shows basically everything you can do on the keys, and never requires a drag further than an adjacent key.
Cheat sheet doesn't work. Punctuation and special characters are impossible to locate. I look forward to the finished product
Running Jelly Bean. I activate the app and select it as my keyboard of choice but when I go to use it my old QWERTY keyboard keeps coming up instead. Disappointed. Devs please fix cos this sounds promising.
This is a great app but it is difficult to learn keystrokes especially numbers and symbols and is tedious to type with. It would be very suitable for smartwatches and Google Glass. I prefer using SwiftKey because I would choose simplicity and efficiency over screen display. Also you have to use "go" located in the cheat sheet to search as swyping down on the green key doesn't work on Chrome.
Szkoda ze się rozwija projekt dalej
This is good but nothing beats 3X4 keypad with XT9.
Its lovely
Takes some getting used to, and even then nowhere near as fast to type with as the average swipe keyboard. Downloaded it primarily as I thought it would be useful with my smartwatch, then discovered it only currently works with Samsung watches.
This app is growing on me it doesn't take up a lot of space and looks pretty however it needs clearer instructions you lost an opportunity to explain the app properly on your video, instead you show two men running around in the city.
NoRussian and no updates lately. Back to MessagEase.
Please, PLEASE! Make it possible to align VERTICALLY the tiles when my phone is in landscape mode! That will be perfection! :-)

Want to use this for touch typing, Tend to get too many instances of a word thinking it is completed when halfway through for that. Words double-completing seems to be an issue sometimes, especially with apostrophied words from the suggestions. Latest update is the last straw - it would be fine if the auto-predicted word was always highlighted for overtyping (or this could be disabled). Ability to edit the custom dictionary would be nice. Not all apps are compatible (Kingsoft Office, for one) Samsung S3
Genious
Clearly the developer never did even the most rudimentary study of the frequency of letters - or else 'e', the most common letter in the English language, would not have the most difficult stroke on the board. And if at least the option of custom layouts were allowed, I could have fixed this for my *own* purposes!!!

Pretty cool, i definintely need practice. Needs an easy tutorial or something though.
Not an efficient way to type

I love this keyboard in portrait mode. But it seems incompatible with my favourite game castle clash when in landscape mode. Until that is fixed I can't use this keyboard. :-(
I am by no means proficient with it yet but what an elegant way to input with one thumb! It is really nice to have just five keys. I never would have gotten started without downloading and doing some of the training exercises so think about doing so too. Learning mode and cheat sheets are stellar too! Only problem noticed so far is suggested words do not display when phone is rotated to horizontal.
I installed this app and the tutorial after seeing on BBC Click, as I thought what a good idea to help me as I have big fingers. Well, using the tutorials I got to the numbers part, doing quite well if I say so my self, then it all went 'Topsy Turvey'. I could follow what number when but with the numbers I could not see a pattern, it would have been easier, if 1 to 5 was from one side and 6 to 0 was from the other, instead of having to remember what was where. So as it it not actually needed, I uninstalled it and I am now back to using the Touchpal swipe keyboard, shame, good idea, but not for me. - If I were every to by a wearable, then I would have learn to put up with it, but then again this has put me off buying a wearable, without voice to text functionality.

Takes a little getting used to but great when you get going!
Indeed 21st C keyboard
It wasn't as difficult as I expected it to be.
Omg this is the worst keyboard ever
Genious
Now, What makes another keyboard still quicker is it's easy to use, intelligent and contexual predictive text. Sort that, and every other keyboard maker might aswell give up. Update is brave and excellent.
I started to get the hang of it yesterday but it updated today and it seems to have a mind of its own now. I think I'll be uninstalling.
The new update amazing. The best update ever!
Cannot execute RETURN. It will display error message. one way to overcome this is press the "go" key.
