Toolwatch - Watch accuracy app for Android
Extremely limited. You can't see your previous timings, and if you start measuring a time and you forget to measure it, you can't restart the process. Just about the only good thing is the storage of your info on the cloud. There are many other superior options out there.
Chat doesn't work (galaxy s6 edge) measured my Blancpain Fifty Fathoms tells me it's running +5 second a day, absolute rubbish, I set the watch to a GPS controlled watch, took the first measurement, after 24 hours took the second measurement, tells me it's running at +5 seconds, checked the Blancpain against the GPS controlled watch again, it's exactly right, so where is the 5 seconds gain?
I really like the potential of this app but it's extremely frustrating to use. The button to press when the second hand hits 12, only works about 1 in 5 times, so effectively takes me about 5+ minutes to start a measure or check accuracy, I've given up.
Terrific little app. Does exactly what you would expect. Allows you to track multiple watches. Easy to use and results are very accurate. Also support staff are friendly, helpful and know A LOT about mechanical watches. Passionate about the field.
Unable to add more than one watch. There are a few bugs that need to be sorted out.
Useless. Registration doesn't work. Poorly designed. Fail
Forced registration - which didn't even work.
Easy to use, does the job but could be better. Requires two new measures every check, rather than just using the two most recent measures.
Promising app but doesnt keep previous measurements. Future updates should solve this.thx
It's a great app however there is no way to edit details of watch, ie. reference number.
Cannot view previous timings, chat keyboard occasionally doesn't work, atomic clock is sometimes off.
dont want to register
An American app so obviously a USA slant but very good tool.
I like this app and they take recommendations
Buggy have to open and close it a few times before it works, when it works its great though
Why would I need to register for this?
forced logout, cannot reset password.
Love it. It'll be better if it had a camera to make it easier to use
Force register. No thanks.
REQUIRES login. No thanks.
Great tool for checking the accuracy of your mechanical watches!
Useful app if you use mechanical watch.
Register to use?
So far so good, easy to use
Sometimes it doesn't react to the user's input
Requires Facebook
Very useful. Well built
Cool app to use on my watches... :)
Great!
Great app
Ingenious
Cool
I love the time marking interface, seconds followed by minutes with a large button. I find the results page lacking, only having limited information and no details, just the latest measurement and overall average.
A little confused on how my watch is running at 0.0 seconds a day but over all its a great app. The watch is an old Seiko Automatic 17 jewel.
You tell it when the second hand is at the 12 position then you do it again in 12 hours and it tells you how much time you've lost or gained. I can just look at a second-hand myself.
My app shows that my watch is gaining 381 seconds a day, yet it's been keeping perfect time with my phone for a couple of days straight. This app is definitely not working as intended.
-789s :)))) still the watch is showing exactly the same time as my phone just like yesterday. Probably they are in this plot together :)))
Forced registration to use the app. No, thanks.
Awesome app for all watch lovers!

Chat keyboard not working on my Nexus 6p with latest OTA Android so can't write anything there. Also couldn't find a way to remove watches, just add them. Pretty annoying. Would love a response from the owners. Thanks
