- Outline name limitation is lifted. Outline names could be same inside a Plan, Main Outline name can be changed as well.
- Fix some minor issues.

Every time I create a new sublevel and then go back to the flow, it brings me to the root first node and all the sublevels disappear! They're still there but I have to switch the veiw to mind map or level and then back to see and access them again. Very frustrating
