Fractal3D for Android
Unconventional magnifying lense type UI could be useful but app crashes (out of memory) after second launch, or is unresponsive to the touch, resulting in the feeling of tapping a black screen and nothing happening. Was unable to see anything but the outline of a Mandelbrot, 2d, using Google Nexus 6P. Recommendation to dev is to eliminate the pop-up dialog, replacing it with a glowing outline rectangle when user clicks on wrong area. Make pension UI run on separate thread from fractal renderer to avoid the perceived app hang when user traps while app is calculating. Make the "buttons" larger. Make the zoomed view on right hand side twice as large, and perhaps opaque with a grey background to ensure visibility when overdrawing a bright fractal behind it.
Too hard to use
This takes a little investment of time and patience to figure out the interface but it is worth it!
Too hard to use
Hate it!
nice work
Liked this a lot
The Application starts rendering and calculating, whereever i click and closes down at around 80% every time, sometimes it reaches the canvas part, but crashes then
Yes menu box to small.
The menu box is way too small and when I press with my finger I don't see any zoom window... Note 4
so .. the GUI didn't work as claimed ... then it took forever to render whatever it was trying to render, so android helped me close it :- would like to try the app it is supposed to be, but not going to persist with something unknown that doesn't do what it said on the box. :-

I wish I knew why the dev chose to use such an infuriatingly useless interface... Plus one star as the app could be among the best of its type in the store, if it wasn't for the controls that bring the manipulation of fractal renderings close to impossible.
