This app is fantastic... Its amazing opening your account and seeing you have money saved that you didn't even know about. You really don't notice it leaving. Further to this if you get 5 other people to sign up you get 5% interest on your savings. This is better than any savings account i can find. I've also had a look at the security software. They use an encryption to protect your bank details, essentially CHIP do not store your bank details outside your bank. 100% recommended

Well you saying that you building the best saving account and I can say yes maybe the best way to save money but not the best saving account. Account with 0% interest is not saving you money is loosing it, because of inflation. Change that and I will love it.

As soon as the account setup was finished, the application lost connection with everything. It says error sending message. Disappointed!! Will wait for a day and if it doesn't work, disconnect and move on!

Excellent savings app. You barely notice it deducting from your account and next thing you know youve saved a few hundred pounds. Excellent interest rates. Better than any high street banks. I was finding it useful, but it now constantly crashes. The functionality was very good, but the crashing is very concerning. This isn't a throwaway game, you're asking people to trust you with their money. Even to invest. I also can't use the live chat to get support, what with the crashing.

Liked the app but unable to sign up again after reinstalling. Each time I end up at the connection page to my bank it says provider unavailable, it's been like this for months so I doubt it's an issue with my provider. Shame as it's a good app.

Worked perfectly fine when I was first using it. Stopped using for a couple of weeks, now the app won't open. Possibly due to a recent update. Click on the app and it force closes before it even opens.
