MDR is automatically generated in PDF format, with a header containing the doctor's full name, contacts and affiliation, patient information, the doctor's diagnostic and the doctor's HANDWRITTEN SIGNATURE, for authentification purposes.

The generated report can be instantly shared/sent through e-mail or even by a simple text message, if applicable.
