TMG Team Tracking Svc

This is a background silent service designed to gather in each moment the position of your worker, is specially addressed for field service teams. This gives the company to offer a better service to its customers because they may send the technician closer to the customer in each moment. Better response times increases quality of service.

It's important to take care of privacy so in case of a BYOD policy in the company you may define your working time to exclusively gather statistics during this period and exclusively during working days.

It's free to test it but you need to send us and e-mail to comercial@the-mobility-group.com, so we can enable the user in the backoffice webservice. You should send us the following data:

- Company name
- Contact name
- Corporate Email
- Contact phone
- IMEI of the phone where the service is going to be tested

Then we'll enable the phone to be traced and we'll send you a username and password to track your phone by using backoffice http://geoposition.the-mobility-group.com

You'll have two week to test the App because test data is deleted each two weeks.

We're preparing an App for managers to track their team with the same features than web backoffice. In the next months will be ready.
