About i2c Sender
i2c Sender is a simple application that allows an android device to communicate with any i2c enabled slave device.
It uses the USB host port of the android device to connect to a custom made USB-i2c box.
The USB-i2c box is basically a USB-i2c bridge, containing an FTDI USB-serial chip (FT232RL) and a microcontroller, with an i2c master bus.
You can attach any i2c compatible slave device to the i2c master, like an EEPROM, a temperature sensor, etc.
From the i2c Sender app, you can read/write to the i2c bus, via the USB-i2c box.
