Geocaching FTF - PRO for Android
► Note: the app doesn't run as a phone service so it could be close by android manager. Also deactivate the powersave mode in case you want prevent your phone to stop the app checking. Happy Caching.
Development notes:
Geocaching.com no longer provides API support, you can read more about this here: https://www.geocaching.com/mobile/apidevelopers/
So new features implementation of the application will be suspended.
Right now you can:
► Archive new caches you are not interested in by long press the item in the list.
► Open the caches with your favorite program just by clicking on them.
► Open the menu for further functionalities.
The App was intended to be free, and I wrote _everywhere_ to be available to new requests, but some people lowered the app rating for asking new features. So you thank them for the new PRO version in which you can:
► Filter some of your favourite cache type (i.e., traditional cache, multi cache)
► Set the check frequency (with a lower minimum)
► No Ads.
The application starts in Hong Kong. You can choose your country or state through the application settings. Write me by email for further information I'll be happy to answer you.
I want a refund. This app does not work as stated. I have had plenty of Geocaches published in my area and not one of them has popped up as a notification on this app. I am requesting a refund for the full amount please.
Seems to work for me, hopefully I'll be able to get my very first FTF for a change.
Works well on my Sony Xperia but not on my Samsung Tab Pro. Every time I to access the settings menu (to change the loction) the app force closes :(
Does nothing but show you all the events going on since they aren't found. No option to filter them out. App is abandoned and has close to no function. If the app creator wants any use of their work they might as well make it free.....because there are not enough features to justify charging for it anyway.

This app doesn't tell you all the new released caches out. Several times I've noticed that a cache was opened in my city and this app never mentioned it. It also doesn't give me any notifications unless I open the app and hit refresh. Traditional cache, multi or events are all the options available. It's an okay app but just browsing the map on your preferred geocaching app is probably more effective. I give it a generous 3
