ActiveGPS - GPS booster

Keeps GPS lock. However long it takes to achieve, once it has it, this app keeps the phone from loosing it due to GPS deactivation. So whenever you open some app that needs GPS data, it is ready. Battery usage goes up, but that is inevitable from keeping the GPS in use constantly.

Looks good. You can use a script to launch this when gps turned on. I use cameralert and use it to start this app. Although since this is a service, why not make the service boot up to full power when user turns on gps! Real (known) GPS problem with note 3 on kit Kat. Hope this may fix/minimise the issue.

There are so many apps most of them not useful but this app what is saying that is doing now I am getting GPS navigation very fast really a GPS booster everyone need to install this app.

I do household assessment. My all work is done on GPS location tagging. I was facing big problem. Since I activated active GPS my work goes smoothly and fast.

App works well and does the job as described (most of these GPS tools don't...). Five stars with on/off widget and/or option to autostart with other apps, such as Google Maps.

Sygic was going to sleep after a minute when I switched the screen off, no matter what I changed in the settings either of android or sygic itself. Thanks to this app it now functions properly and I can now use voice Navi on headset while phone is locked in my pocket. Great!

Gt-i9100 was taking anything up to 30 min to get lock. This ap reduced it to less than a minute often a few seconds. Battery drain not an issue using in car navigation with usb power.

The app stops when the screen off even you did not click on stop service, hoping for app improvement so it will not automatically stop even the screen is off because gps conection to radars is sometimes very hard

Can you make this to where it will auto start with google maps, i dont like it running all the time, it would get five stars if you can do that

The Sony Z3C has a notorious problem locking onto GPS following software update. See various forums on the topic. This gets it working.

This app is invaluable for those in the Ridesharing industry. It's particularly helpful during inclement weather when the GPS on devices get a little sketchy.

although is better than the rest but still disappointed.it still can't solve my problem,unable detect in indoor place.not suitable for play pokemon go when device is inside indoor.

B4 my gps signal is very bad. But now with the application am enjoy navigation and rooting for the traveling so thanks

Makes my sketchy Galaxy GPS work pretty well. Well suited for a device plugged into car power.

Apparently the GPS doesn't work on the LG Optimus F7, I read many reviews on this app on android forums, this app saved my butt, it really works.

My phone used to drop the GPS all the time and would struggle to regain it. Now it stays locked on, and doesn't drop it. Brilliant.

When I use maps or waze there's always delay, when I'm already at crossroads the maps and waze still lag behind, but with this apps say goodbye to that problem anymore.

This app seems to work very well, except that to use it l, you must restart it after each use, but the other one, which stated that it worked all the time, and it didn't work very good at all.

Very investing and life saver application liked too much keep updating want new update.

fix pokemon go error no gps signal

The App Help me a lot when I need to report position each 10-20min. However I wish to have the option to shut it off (close the App) without going to android app settings. Other than that it does great job . Thanks

I dont know how it work but, listen. Im pokemon go player, and sometimes my gps signal so bad at any place. But i have tried use this apps and play pokemon go, i got no problem in there. This is recommended app for pokemon player, no bullshit.

Useless for Pokemon Go. it didnt change anything. Everytime i open Pokemon Go, it still cant find my GPS. i even put it on high battery use, still nothing happened. PS. im using Firefly Intense Desire

No bugs, keeps the GPS on and pinged. Only thing I noticed out of the ordinary is that it says "tap 'her' to stop"

Doesn't work properly on my device (moto g second), even in fast mode.

Works great on my Samsung Galaxy S2, HTC HD2 & Samsung Galaxy Tab (P-1010).
