Still could use a translate to vibrate. One could read a message with out hearing or seeing it. Such as being deaf and blind. Then one could use a tap screen to communicate back. This would be like James Bond 007 stuff as well. A swipe like sign could open the app. The same swipe like motions to repeat message or to send or reply. Totally using the device with no sound or view. Just the pulse and vibrate. A map of the screen can be used for sort cut actions.

Was able to use it perfectly, even though my morse coding abilities are not that great. It would be great if you could send audio files.
