Wonderful lesson today was very needed! I been in a terrible storm from someone who needs to come back to the Lord but having a hard time giving up smoking, women, drugs. etc. This lesson on washing and defilement helpful!

I find this devotional very uplifting and relevant to my situations right now. It's all about God's grace to us! Every word is Holy Spirit inspired and its free. Its easy to use and what a great way to begin and end ones day. I highly recommend it.

Everything you want in an App. Automatically takes you to today's date. Has buttons to switch between the morning and evening devotionals for that date. One click to date selector if you've missed days. Easy access to font size selection. And, it has a night mode available under settings.

Compared to a similar app on another platform this is relatively good. One improvement would be to allow the user to change between readings for different days, just for reference or catching up on missed readings.

I love Spurgeon's sermons and devotionals. They always hit home for me and my family. We must take God seriously and his Holy Word. Thank God for His saving Grace! God bless.

I love this app! We should read God's word on a daily basis & life being busy is a poor excuse not to. When I fail to do so this app helps helps me with 'food' for my soul & most often it is just what I need. It is not a substitute for our daily intimacy with Him that He requires of us but nevertheless a great aide for focus on where the mind needs to rest. I am thankful for it!

I truly appreciate and love this app ,I praise God for you'll making this app free to the masses. The only thing that I don't like about it is the inappropriate ads that continue popping up during the devotional reading.

I've heard alot about spurgeon but could never sit down to read one of his books. This app is a great way to introduce yourself to the blessed writings of spurgeon. Now I'll most likely hey one of his books cause I can see what the hype is.

This app is especially useful when traveling! If there's no space in your luggage for your Spurgeon tomes, you can at least bring along Morning and Evening for twice daily theology and encouragement. ^_^

When taking into consideraction who wrote this, and during what time period it makes his insightfulness profoundly impactful. And even with the old English verbiage easy to understand. Please give it a try. So far my only complaint is that I am unable to read previous days or save the devotions that spoke to me.

Wow! Sometimes it's difficult to find the nuggets of wisdom hidden in the written word but, when the holy spirit is your guide the fruit of the truth is clearly evident. Especially when the Lord knows the desire of your heart. This tool is so powerful when read in time of greatest need of spiritual food, I am learning that this is daily, thanks for your journey and for leaving such a legacy of truth behind.

Reading Spurgeon's writing brings me closer to God. Thank God for this app. But I notice that it's the same years after years. It's not continuous but like a loop it repeats again every year. That's a shame since Spurgeon wrote a LOT. Thanks

It shares the perspective of the "Prince of Preachers", Charles Hadon Spurgeon. He brought light to Scripture that might otherwise go unnoticed. I wish I could share with others on social media easily.

This App by Charles Spurgeon is one of the most encouraging devotions you can read with a short amount of time. It is unbelievably ministering for the small amount of reading you do. GOD is good and can harvest things out of your heart and clean up your wrong motives through this awesome devotion. 5 STARS The number for Grace!

Only problem it has is you cant access the previous day or rhe next day's devotional. So if u missed it , u've missed it

This is a wonderful addition to my daily devotions and so easy to use on my tablet. My only negative is that there are days I wish I could read the previous days over again.

Very inspirational this app helps me to read two bible verses each day, I had problems reading mu bible every day before, now easy access to my phone and taking in the word. I only wish it will light up my screen every morning when I wake up as. Reminder.

It's a great app for those who are always on the go. It helps you think through & pray through the verses the whole day. I'm just amazed how each verses speaks to me in a timely manner. Thank you for creating this app :-D

This App apparently will NOT FUNCTION at all on my phone ! I have an LG G STYLO MS631. It appears that I cannot tap on even one function that works ! This is a real bummer because I have eSword installed on my office computer. I have chosen C.H. Spurgeon as the "Commentator" to open upto automatically when eSword boots up. I was hoping that this APP would pretty much do the same; but it opens and then immediately "FREEZES" up. What else can I say.....at least TRY it, it may work on your phone.

Thanks for the app. The only drawback is the flashing ad bar at the top which is a bit annoying.

The particular use of language forces the reader to slow down, allowing the weight of the ideas to be fully understood. In every passage I have read I see God's love, majesty, and unchanging nature.

I absolutely LOVE Spurgeon's Morning & Evening! To me, it is like reading poetry. The only thing I don't like about the app is that I can't go back to a day I missed. Otherwise, thanks for making this available to the public!

I have come to rely on the commentaries as my Spiritual Morning Coffee and Evening Tea. It gives more energy for my daily trials and peace for my decend into the night test. Love it. Wonderful app.

I love it, I did give it 5 stars at first, now I have 2 give it 3 stars, because of the ads, when I'm really getting n2 a script, all these BRIGHT pop up ads start flashing, and so about playing cards, poker, about sexual relationships and other crazy ads, when I'm reading Gods words, these pop up are wrong, and Very distracting, and takes away my concentration from the word, cause I trying to stop these inappropriate pop ups, please do something to stop them, Thank you. I praise God for the man who penned these devotionals, and I'm certain that multitudes of believers have benefited from Spurgeon's life and ministry. His focus on Christ and the way in which he articulated himself is proof that he was Spirit driven and in vigorous pursuit of the glory of God.

There is a giant banner flashing across the top of reading Spurgeon. This is pretty distracting, considering I can just Google Spurgeon day and night - and read it from a web page without having seizure inducing ads.

Spurgeon daily devotionals boosts our Spiritual life to a higher standard. It helps us to understand Gods grace and experience mercy when we are going through the problems in life. Great app to have in mobile. God bless.

Morning and evening meditations from the preacher of preachers himself. Hate the ads at the top if the page. Had this app on my previous phone which was an iphone and it was better on that. However the content is excellent!

I like reading it although, I can't everyday. Sometimes the guy can be difficult to relate to and understand.

I was reading the hard cover way before there was an app. It is timeless and relevant as the day it was written. The Holy Spirit truly works thru this man. God bless the person who first gave me this book. It has helped to change my life with it's powerful explanation of each short Bible verse. This app makes it instantly ready to share.

I absolutely love the devotional, and I read it daily. It's nice to have a travel version for those "on-the-go" moments, but a definite improvement would be the ability to navigate beyond just the 2 daily items. Kind of disappointed.

When an app preforms consistently as expected, it deserves a 5 star. When a pastor is faithful to the ministry in which God as called him....it is a blessing. 5 star app!!!! 5 star teaching
