The Pomodoro Technique® is a popular time management method developed in the late 80's. It's really simple. You break down your work into 25 minutes intervals separated by short breaks.
Here's how it works:
1.) Choose a task you need to accomplish.
2.) Start Pomodoro (25 min) by clicking the ‘play’ button.
3.) When the time is up, take a 5-minute short break
4.) Do this continuously four times and take a 15-minute long break.

Sometimes I forget to go back to the app to "start ' the break, and when I want to start working on a pomodoro again, I can't skip the break and have to close the app..

When I touch the button on the top-right corner, the app crashes. ("Unfortunately Fotrack has stopped"). Hope you fix this because this is a 5 star app otherwise.
