Proximity sensor speaking clock
This little app will simply speak the time at night WHEN YOU WAVE YOU HAND OVER THE PHONE .
There are no buttons or widgets needed it will run in the background when needed.
When the phone is charging, face up, if you wave your hand over the proximity sensor the phone will speak the time.
This is a very light app and only works when the power is connected via USB so will not cause any battery life loss.
IT WILL NOT WORK IN ANY OTHER ORIENTATION OTHER THAT FACE UP SO WON'T GO OFF WHEN YOUR USING THE PHONE
PLEASE ALLOW 10 -20 SECONDS AFTER PLUGGING THE PHONE IN TO ALLOW THE PHONE TO REGISTER THAT IT IS INFACT PLUGGED IN AND FACING UP. THANK YOU :)

What's Changed
1. Reduced the amount of code
2. Changed the actions for every 5 minute intervals Ie. when the time is 5.05 The phone will say "its 5 past 5" rather that "its 5 minutes past 5"
3. This was done for 1 minute past and 59 minutes past.
4. Added a time that i say incorrectly normally just to bug my partner. Let me know if you find it
5. Removed the time constraint as people do work night shifts and might like to use it during the day

it just works in the back ground didn't drain my battery as it only seems to be on when its charging. notice its in beta keep up the good work :)
