Been working fine up until recently and now I can't close it down unless I force stop it. What's going on?

Will not connect from phone network after update

Installation of the cameras themselves was straightforward. As for the app, its generally a good app - however, errors come up in chinese if there is an issue in the "messages" screen - so I've no idea what they are saying. Also, the time does not sync in the UK - I have to tell it the device is in Reykjavic for the time to be correct, which is frustrating. Improvements to be made, before I'm able to give a better review. The PC software, I'm sorry but is absolutely abysmal and needs major redevelopment!!!

Really annoying app constantly running in the background draining battery. Operating camera is a nightmare. Camera responses very poorly and jerky. No buttons available to smoothly move your camera. Rubbish!

Wish you could set up an account so if you download app on other devices then you dont have to set all the cameras up again.

App used to work 'ok' now is rubbish! Lost the ability to review recorded files on my cameras sd card. Also cannot stop the app from running unless i force stop in my phone app settings. Also lost the button that gives the option to close app down. Yet another app that worked then had an update to 'improve' something and has generally done exactly the opposite - why couldn't you just leave it as it was?... WORKING!!

Love the fact that I can control the camera with literally a swish of my finger. Haven't set up the calling and messaging as of yet. Connected without any issue at all. Can either scan the QR code found on the bottom, or if you are both on the same wifi, via that. Connect the camera in first, let it power up and sort its self, then connect to the app and enjoy! I love the fact you can speak through the camera too! But the only reason it doesn't have 5 stars is the battery, you are sucking the life out of it

This app could be brilliant. All those saying they can't connect, you need to plug the camera into your router first then connect to it in the app (after scanning the bottom of the camera for it's name). Good quality streaming, great that you can move the cameras with just a swipe of the finger :-) Have got it to call me when it detects movement but I can't figure out how to just get it to send a picture or message, will figure it out though. As has been said before it's major flaw is it KILLS your phone battery in no time. You have to kill the App otherwise your phone will only last a couple of hours. Please sort this immediately or you've ruined a good app!

Can connect to this with no problem. Only thing is, it stays connected and runs in the background using all my battery power. Have to force stop it to save my battery, otherwise my phone would die after a couple of hours. Come on, sort it out!!!!!.

Has been working perfectly for all summer then suddenly it has decided the user name and password are wrong. After trying all sorts and uninstalling the app and re - installing and starting from scratch, still no good!

Alarm is even triggered every time light changes as it's connected via the Internet it's a huge battery drain. Controls are a little buggy and the messaging part of the app has stopped working massage pops up (not in English so can't read what it says) and disconnects the camera. Also if I'm already watching the live feed the alarm why does the alarm need to be retriggered again it interrupts the feed. So marks off for these niggles as app is well overdue an update but works far better than the pc version.

used it for few months and now it says wrong username and password , can't connect at all , tried uninstalling and reinstalling, tried in new phone as well. Waste of money

And caused pc to block password so no access now awful
