The offers in the app are very good. But it still has some bugs. I could find 2 in my first booking. After your payment, the app will not transition from payment confirmation page to ticket display page. The user will see an error and app will behave as if no booking happened. It is only when you receive your tickets by email amd after a few minutes by sms, you will know that your tickets are booked. But for a minute you will feel very bad about losing your money over a silly offer. I tried to report this via their feedback section which gives you an option to report a bug..... but the submit fails each time you try....this app needs to tested more...... but a good start.

Orders page is shown after I had selected mobikwik wallet. Payment through mobikwik wallet offer is given by mobikwik. May be its a plan to avoid use the offers. Ticket new app team great guys!!! All other payments are working except Mobikwik payment

Hello ticket new....your app looks good and user interface also quite nice....but major issue is after payment app is not redirecting and failing transactions...which makes us unclear whether it's done or not.instead of offers make sure it won't repeat....so that we can have faith and do transactions...apart from this everything is good.anyways this summer two movies counted.Thank you.

This should not ask my device location. its irritating to see every time. now its not letting me to use this app until giving device permission for location. this is ridiculous.. you might have stated terms & condition. but you must not ask to detect my location, I know my city and I can choose my theatre..okay

I tried to book movie tickets using this app first time I have tried to apply Promocode, but Promocode are not applying it is showing I have already used, As a user I didn't expect this from you. Please test the app in all cases before releasing. I have created the account just before. Let me know if you need more details I can help you.

I tried to apply an offer code, that offer is applied then the transaction got failed. When i try to get another ticket it says i have already used the offer code. The offer should be work for 1 successful transaction. But for failed transaction also its applying. I think they are purposefully doing it to cheat users

Cheat app, when I applied promo code after finishing all the payment process its saying srever problem. When I tried again its said I can use that code only one time. Really a time wasting cheap tactics app

It doesnt got much offers and high rate of convenience cost than other booking sites and mostly the latest updated app shows poor internet while using 4g in my handset and if a promo code used while booking tickets and if that transaction failed we need to wait for a whole day for applying the same promo code... really this app is disgusting....:-(

Downloaded first time. Tried booking ticket with offer code. Went back to change seats. Now it's showing offer can be used once where as I did an t use it once. Tried to submit this feedback in the app. Submit failed several times.really frustrating

The worst app I ever seen in my life. Truly commercial, and useless. Doing fraud transactions.Promo codes are to tempt the users, it doesn't allow to apply promo codes. Other offers also won't work in this app.

I book tickets for baahubali due to some error the tickets are not generated successfully but amount was charged from my account. The app showing amount was refunded. I am not received any amount till now please do some thing for the amount.

Promocode is not working properly.. If I cancel the seats and again if I apply the promo code... It is not accepting.. Payment gateway is also not working properly.. Guys please fix it like book my show app...

Even after reading negative reviews about promo code application, I thought of giving it a try. But first transaction failed even after giving right information. I have uninstalled this application and will use Bookmyshow for all future bookings.

Cheating on offer if you are booking a ticket with applying their offer code payment gateway should freeze​ then we need to book the ticket again and this time they are not allowed to apply the offer code they says that you are already availed this offer​. At the sametime if you are booking with out the offer the payment gateway should respond perfectly.this happened for me for more than 4 or 5 times,so I strongly feel that they are manipulated​ all these. What about you guys I hope everyone should faced this issue at least once in your booking with ticket new

Fake promo codes are provided. If we apply promo code the payment gate way will not work. if again we try the code it says already used. we cannot book tickets with promo codes. misleading people.waste app.

Try BookMyShow app instead of this...more theatres are available and the payment gateway won't crash like house of cards. I've booked two tickets using this app but when I apply promotional offer, the payment gateway crashes and I have to wait another 30 mintues for the promo code to be reset

Tried to submit the feedback, but not able to submit. It is getting failed. I tried to place an order with offer code "FLAT75", but order was failed. Again I tried to place the order with the same offer, but I am keep on getting message that code can be used only once. I have a doubt that when did I use the code, can you find any orders in my orders list??? because I didn't find any orders. if there are no orders, then where did I use that code. please please clarify my confusion.

I tried to book tickets using promo code FLAT75. My transaction failed at payment gateway. When I try to rebook the tickets it shows FLAT75 can be applied only once. However this is an issue with application as I have not applied. 8 please correct this at the earliest. It's disappointing that I cannot watch the show because of this silly bug. On top of this I tried submitting bug report through app interface and that failed. Please fix that bug first.

I have tried to book the movie tickets using promo code , after payment transactions due to some server error , the ticket was not booked ., Again i tried to book the ticket using promo code , it shows you are already used the promo code.. they are purposely doing the same for all promotion codes.. they are cheating us by using their marketing strategies..

One of the most third class app I have used in a while! Every time I try to book Seats it shows seats you've selected are currently unavailable, and if I try any damn seat, it's the same story! Developers even if you are cheating from someone, cheat properly. Even cheating is an art. But, seems you are poor at this as well.

They are thugs. Iade a transaction on this app and no tickets were booked and the money was also deducted. I have all the reference numbers, will go to consumer forum for this. You should not loot customers like this. Frustrated customer

Worst!! Can't use promo codes. Lost couple of promo codes due to poor app. And also the theatre RAKKI.. Which is one the worst 3D services booked via tocketsnew. Please do not cheat if you can't give offers. How many times we need to try the promo codes.! Every time it's fail. Just hate this app.

I've booked tickets for the first time. During payment app showed an offer to get cash back on payment by PayZap. I paid by PayZap but still I haven't got the cash back. Also when I tried reporting this bug from the app it fails and not allowing to submit it.

Your app prompts me to enable GPS based on which it shows the nearest theatres.. I'm new to the place where I am now so just believed the distance it was showing from the list. Ticket booked for family and when followed the map, it took me to a cemetery... How embarrassing! Later on enquiry with locals found the theatre is 24 kms far.. How misleading app... No answer to my calls and mail.. pucca cheating

No promocodes are accepted. Payment issues. Blady customer suppport no reply for issue.. How can u expect to get a good rating.

The most useless booking app I have ever used... Every time I use my card for transaction it shows failed..and another thing is that this app's promotion codes are fake!! - - - - - - - - and admin and app developers do reply!!!!!

Worst experience, I couldn't complete the transaction due to some technical fault from your end with promotional code than too is shows the code is used. Worst application

App is not secure as we don't know is my booking is done or not after successful payment also. I have done almost 3-4 times booking and in that I got finally in last try. App is having alot bugs which needs to be check before releasing and making available for end users.

Very Disappointed with this app I had booked two tickets for a movie on 16-05-2017 and when I had completed the booking procedure and went to check my Orders...... It showed that there are no booking made and when I checked my bank account details the money was supposed to have been taken is not taken but the tickets have been booked and I cannot select those seats again..... So utter waste of time....... And I am very disappointed

Status shown are not correct. Not even able to send a bug/feedback. No use of having those buttons just for sake of making it look like a app if does not work.

It's a very helpful app but you need improve it more. You have got tough competition with BookMyShow. So don't forget that.

TicketNew covers most of the local theatres in my native. Thanks to team TicketNew, you helped me skip long hectic queues at theatre when going out with my family. There are few more theatres in our locality which are not in your list, please add them .

I am trying to book tickets for the past few weeks through this app. But every time i proceed to payment section i get a payment timeout alert. Issue exists even after updated to the latest version. Also feedback submission through the app is not working.

The app is very poor.. Unable to load from the day I downloaded very poor... Just hate it... Before I used ticket new very much.. Now I just hate it because of upgraded app.

App cheats me when I apply coupon code. Got error when the payment was processing. I have been using the app frequently. But it has disappointed me today. Hate it.

While booking seats for movie tickets, this app throws an error for all the available seats also. The error would be select another seat for booking. The msg is there for entire available ticket.
