Not a bad app, but visually it is very outdated. Technically, is incredibly slow, especially since I am testing it being connected on the same network as the server. It is in need of an update ASAP.

Couldn't use. Too many force close. Unreliable, updated a password and it wouldn't show up when i checked using the web browser. Just did trust the app.

2 years later I hate this app! When you do a universal search for let's say "Adobe". It shows everything Adobe related but guess what? Not the company's name. That is beyond Annoying!! I have to click on each Adobe listed to finally see the name of the folder the card is under. Terrible!

Not sure if this is an update issue, or because I switched from iPhone to Samsung, but I can no longer edit my passwords in the app. Such a pain and makes the app nearly useless

Used to be great, now it won't allow changing or editing passwords when using the Samsung keyboard (have to use Swype keyboard or create a new entry every time and delete the old one) which makes it practically useless.

It was a really good app til it stopped letting my log on anymore. It would not take my password and when I did forgot password it sends me to a website telling me to log in. Which I can't because it would not take my password anymore. Please fix. I loved using this app and all my passwords are on it and I need them. No one from this app ever responds.

To enter your info for it to stay, turn your device sideways and you should be fine, I contacted the company an informed them what is going on entering data.

Does not work on LG flex can't add or edit posted, Now this app is great, secure, free, sync all devices, When you use this app, go into your browser log into your acct an change your features. Before u leave a negative feedback understand what u are using. I am just a happy free user.Thank dev.

Using this app is not enjoyable. Should login with folder trees and universal search. Hitting the back button is a gamble to get kicked out of the app. A nice pop up to say hey do u want to exit would be nice...

Haven't been able to add new "password" entries without getting an error saying, "password is a required field" (even though I have populated it) for several versions now. I've sent two emails to the company and have received ZERO acknowledgment of either one. I give up. I used to love this app, but now it is useless to me. I will have to switch to some other app instead.

The app is great & the team who is supporting this app are great too. The app wasn't working for me in Dubai & after sending one email, they have immediately activated it. Every time I email them, they were ready.

Great app, has made my life considerably easier as I move to change every site to use unique passwords for everything and move to 2-step verification where I can. However please fix it so that the stupid keyboard isn't constantly popping up in your way and also give the ability to shut off alphabetical categories in the secrets list. OH! And please fix the stupid error that doesn't allow you to edit secrets without changing the name then going back in and changing it back after you save your edit.

My tablet can no longer edit any secrets. My option menu doesn't exist when secret is open. I have to login on my phone or on the Internet, make the change and then check it on my tablet to make sure it changed. Once that is fixed, I'll give 5 stars... love this program pre-update! This is an awesome application! When you install it, it asks you to create a new free account. You can then store all of your passwords.

The app is very easy to use, and the additional pin protection is a big plus. It makes it easy to access infrequently used passwords. You do need internet access, so airplane mode or spotty network connectivity will get in the way
