Good app, tells you queue times and directions to attractions. But how the heck do you turn off 'offer notifications', a free cookie would indeed be nice but stop telling me every 20 seconds

I'm here to look at the useful information not be spammed every 5 second's.

Says resort closed! Can't use the itinery but keeps telling me the resort is closed - every day in 2017!

Useless as wouldn't let me set up the planner or show times of shows or anything!

Easy to use and is updated every 5 mins.

Found the map/directions excellent - much clearer than the confusing paper map. Ride info good too. Knocked off one star because I couldn't get the queue times/ride status to update without force-closing and relaunching the app. A refresh function would be welcome in the absence of solid automatic queue time updates.

More useful than I thought it would be. Saved carrying, opening and then loosing the map. Uses GPS so find your attraction and simply follow the route. Even for toilets, even more useful! Did loads of other bits too. Gripe would be that wait times definitely do not refresh accurately at all. No sure why this is an issue if they have the ability to give times, give them accurately or not at all! Also just watch out uses GPS + wants Bluetooth so eats battery. But worth downloading & using & made day easier

Great GPS features to find nearest rides, toilets etc. Day planner is good. Directions on map to reach ride. Best theme park app I've used so far.

Came to download and app is fully blank, it does nit even work. Would give 0 stars but I cannot.

This app is brilliant to help you get around the park. When you click an icon you can then get directions and the location is spot on. The rides info gives you all you need too, like distance to the ride and height limit and queue times.

Easy to update queue times & directions to rides/attractions. Able to plan the day with what we wanted to do and tick them off a we went. Perfect.

Helped me make my experience mich more enjoyable! Had an amazing time at chessington!

Mainly used for queue times but they are normally not accurate.

Really helped me plan my day. The queue times were a great help too on the day for last minute changes, which helped to make the most of the day, esp with children

Even when im not at Chessington it tells me the queues so then I know what day I should come beacuse the queues might be down

Really good to see where everything is and times of queues & shows. Queue times needs to update more reliably.

The planner doesn't work and the queue times are way off

App kept saying next show time was in the past. Also constantly asks for Bluetooth and GPS to be enabled. I said no so don't keep asking!

What's the point of this app, if the queue times are incorrect? Absolutely hopeless. Also stated that a ride was closed when it was open. Even the map was ineffective - doesn't even show the exits!

Go to USA and learn how to run a park properly as in UK a waste of money.£50 for six rides max on a day out due to queues, pointless.

Great interactive app. All the merlin parks should have this style app. Only thing that would make it even better would be when on the map for directions could click on rides/buildings to see what's what.

Though often get white screen and have to exit and go back in before it starts working again!

Set up in advance at home but once at Chessington it couldn't pull up any info about queue or show times.

Queue times completely wrong. 75 min not 5 minutes.

Que times and show times dint work. But every thing else worked really well.

Most of the information on this app are incorrect.

Was well used during our visit to cwoa. Will definitely be using again.

App is useful because you can use the map, plan your journey and tick off what you have done. It shows que times which were sometimes accurate and sometimes not very accurate. We found that all our phones (4 of them) showed different wait times for the same rides. Was still a useful app and a lot easier then fumbling with an old fashioned map. The app was pretty accurate at times and did help despite the few issues.
