Stupid app, Stupid customer care, Unable to reach customer care from last 6 months. They don't even respond to emails. I am not getting most of my favourite channels. They are deducting every month 250 rupees

Actually I would like to show my middle finger up to Anil Ambani and their DTH management. I think they are going to shut down services without refunding customers.Sun network channels are unavailable without notice or price cut.

What a pathetic app. Application flow is not user friendly. Search option rarely works. It is hard to find basic package you looking for. It gives all irrelevant list of channels and packages. Cant you suggest cahnnels packages based on region or languages selected. Basic things like, while texting it does not autocorrect or after full stop make next character capital. I guess even collage student can make better app.

For what this app?? I am trying to call customer care last 3 weeks.bt till not connected. Athinte ulleekkoode avarade koppile oru 'app', . customers nu complaint undeki engottu vilikkananu. Customer service is very very very baaaaddd...

Important Notice for reliance customer care kindly inform me when will Sony & Star channels will start. After paying if I m not able to see any of my fav channels u should be fined.

Perhaps,It is easy to reach moon but not reliance DTH customer care team. It's useless to keep a toll free number when customers can't reach the number. They don't respond to your email communication as well. Hell.... Totally disgusting service.

It's a waste app. I have raised request before one month but no one has replied. Do not downLaod and waste your time users.

Worst app... Customer care not reachable.... Opted channels are not coming... without any prior notification.... I need complete refund and I will stop using this worst Reliance Big TV.... Sucks

U r a CROOK.. Big cheater. U never live happily, I swore. U cheated me by refunding Rs. 23 /- instead of Rs. 288/- when I merged to TATA SKY. Disappointed. Cheaters!!!!!

Worst services....unable to contact customer care.... Since one month.. subscribed channels discontinued without intimation... Many channels are unavailable.... Reliance sucks... No care for customers or subscribers..

Such a worst DTH management.. compared to other cable operators they provide very less channels.. in that sun network is not available now.. called customer care many times.. bt no response. Really useless...

Quitting RDTV, all Sun Network channels removed, Colours channels and TV18 channels unavailable due to technical reasons..mayb they are also being removed in a week...taking new dth connection

This is very slow..i can't wait to be loading on 4g network... Nothing is clear... Account is not updated. Worst app as ever

madarchod app I have subscribed a channel for relience digital tv but due to thier technical issue of almost 1 month , I have suffered more. They are still not giving cashback for that missing days. If technical issue is for 1,2 days its ok but if it lasts for 1 month then it is misuse of money of consumer I will go to consumer care

Worst customer support ever by reliance ...Time waste and it is shame to reliance brand, just trying to connect reliance since almost an 2 weeks but no response.

Very Warst Service I recharged for 6 moths and we are no get any information that they are closeing their dish service....we know this news when tatasky call us we don't expect Reliance company is such a worst and ditch company and we don't getting our back soon our kindly request don't believe on Reliance dish and their products

It's worst service provided by reliance big TV I am trying to call the customer care for last 10 days but no use. And u don't have any other option to contact this people. I was not getting sun network for three languages of Kannada, Telugu and Tamil for last 10 days. But I don't have any way contact them I had tried a lot to contact but invain. Please don't go for relaince big TV for God sheak .

Focus on actual service that is DTH. Due to Reliance's technical issues I am not able to see all Colors and Sony channels for a long time.
