About The Review Solution Express
The Review Solution (TRS) Express empowers businesses to engage with customers by capturing reviews at the point of service. Getting online reviews is as easy as sending a text message: Enter customer name, mobile number, and press send. That’s it! Customers receive the text and choose “Thumbs Up” or “Thumbs Down.” Choosing "Thumbs Up" takes the customer to one of the following sites to post the review: Google, Facebook, Yelp!, Porch, Houzz, HomeAdvisor or any of 60+ other review sites. Choosing "Thumbs Down" takes the customer to a survey that is captured and sent to you privately.
