Catholics Old testaments include the 1st and 2nd Maccabees, Baruch, Tobit, Judith, The Wisdom of Solomon, Sirach (Ecclesiasticus), additions to Esther, and the stories of Susanna and Bel and the Dragon which are included in Daniel.
The Catholic and Protestant New Testaments are identical and contain 27 books: (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts, Romans, 1 Corinthians, 2 Corinthians, Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, 1 Thessalonians, 2 Thessalonians, 1 Timothy, 2 Timothy, Titus, Philemon, Hebrews, James, 1 Peter, 2 Peter, 1 John, 2 John, 3 John, Jude and Revelation)

I just received a LG pad and I couldn't wait to get to the app store so I could download as much as I wanted and I'm not finished yet. I LOVE all the app's I downloaded !!! If there's ever a time to pray and renew your faith in God, now is that time. For extra prayers, go to the app store and type Catholic. You will be surprised of how many there are. Hello to the author. There is a great error in Psalms. I realised that chapter 39 is under 38 and chapter 40 is under chapter 39 and so on. Also, Verses are not labelled correctly. Verse 1 should be the actual scripture and not the details of the author. Please correct these

People always try to tell me that a Bible is a Bible and what do I mean by The Catholic Version and I was brought up on it in School,,, The New American Version,, Every Bible has a complete different way it has been Translated,, Some of the Bibles that I have looked thru there wording is completely different,,some are pretty Grimm and Dark,, some words have been changed so much it loses its meaning, I received the King James Version one year as a Present and I didn't want to hurt the persons feelings so I returned it for the Catholic Version,, Um sorry Mom, LOL
