dtac application is a self-service application which dtac prepaid and postpaid subscribers can use e-Services to check their call, value-added service (VAS) charges and VAS packages. In addition, the subscribers can also check rate, promotion, actual usage and how to make an International Call and use dtac International Roaming services

Managing my phone service is easier with this app, along with the many rewards and promotional offers I'm taking advantage of that I would otherwise not have known. The app is available in English and Thai language, there are no ads that intrude your cellular experience, and being able to choose what I want for my dtac SIM card in less than a minute really makes it an important asset. It also makes it easier to set up for public Wi-Fi hotspots.

การควบคุมด้วยแอนดรอยทำได้ไม่ดีเลย กดกลับที่มือถือเป็นถามออกจากแอพตลอด ปุ่มย้อนกลับมองยากมาก ไม่สะดวก การพิมพ์มีแถบแป้นพิมพ์ขึ้นมาสามารถกดปุ่มย้อนกลับที่โทรศัพท์เพื่อพับแป้นพิมพ์ลงได้ แต่พอพิมพ์ตัวเลขแล้วกดย้อนกลับ ดันย้อนกลับไปหน้าเก่าต้องกลับมากรอกข้อมูลใหม่ทั้งหมด
