AIS Fibre

Trying to find out the coverage (in English). Keeps redirecting me to fill in my address, while being an AIS customer and they already know my address. Can't even fill in my house number without the app changing it to an incorrect number. TIP: test an app before launching it!

The page for requesting AIS WiFi has been removed. I will rate 5 stars if the function is returned.

เอาเวลาไปขยายพื้นที่ให้บริการเหอะ เขียนแอพมาลิงค์ไปหน้าเวปเพื่ออะไร หรือเอาเวลาไปเขียนโปรแกรมให้พนักงานศูนย์ดีกว่า เซ็งมากเดินเข้าศูนย์ พนักงานเปิดเวปเช็คให้ -*-

สุดท้ายส่งไปหน้าเว็บ แถมเป็นเว็บสำหรับ pc ไม่ใช่ mobile เหมือนทีมเดฟหลุดมาจากยุคแรกเริ่มสมาร์ทโฟน แถมให้ลอคอินด้วยเลขสมาชิก ais fibre น่าจะให้ล็อคอินด้วยรหัสอย่างอื่นได้ แต่ละเมนูก็ไม่ได้มีประโยชน์ ตอนผมเห็นเมนูเปลี่ยนแพคเกจให้เลือก ก็นึกว่าจะมีแพคเกจให้เลือก ส่งไปหน้าระบบทิกเกตส่งอีเมลซะงั้น เอามาลองใช้จ่ายค่าบริการ redirect ไปจบหน้า mobile web ไม่ใช่หน้าแอป แถมหน้า mobile, web ดูดีกว่าหน้าแอปแบบทิ้งกันหลายช่วงจัว ux design ควรปรับปรุงแบบรุนแรง (1/5 - กบับไปใช้หน้าเว็บดีกว่าครับ ไม่รู้จะลงให้เปลืองเมมทำไม)

รีบแก้บั๊กเถอะครับ error น่าเกลียดมาก มาบอกให้ต่อเน็ตก่อน ทั้งๆที่ต่อแล้ว

ไม่มีเมนู request ais Wi-Fi

ห่วยแตก บอกว่าไม่ต่อเน็ต ใช้งานไม่ได้ ไม่ต่อเน็ตอะไรล่ะ 40เม็ก

ทำไมผมสมัครไม่ได้เลยครับกรอกข้อมูลครบแล้วเออเรอร์

เนื่องจากทำการตรวจสอบพื้นที่ใน app แล้วพบว่าให้บริการได้ แต่ภายหลังเจ้าหน้าแจ้งกลับมาว่า พื้นที่ยังไม่สามารถให้บริการได้ ทำให้เสียความรู้สึก และเชื่อถือ app ไม่ได้ ขอให้ปรับปรุงด่วน!!!!!

Why so difficult to make payment. No proper English support for non Thai user.

I can't use this app to pay with my credit card. But other is ok.

As title said... Some users does not use ID card number to register in AIS, therefore we should be able to have access to the full keyboard instead numeric keyboard only.. FIX that thanks It makes me doubt about the reliability of this apps... SCAM or real... AIS can answer that ?
