Matthew Henry Bible Commentary

The content is very helpful. Awsome that its free and people made it available. I have no right to critique how i would change or imprive it. I'm just thankful for it. It helped me so much with my discipline essays while in the drug and alcohol rehabilitation program called U-turn for Christ. I always gave Matthew Henry credit for his filler words. I'm being disciplined right now with a 1,000 word essay on Luke 6:45.

This is a great App but I found two typing mistakes when I read the commentary on Psalm 51:1-2. There were these two words that I believe should have been AND instead of AN and SIN instead of WIN. I have not read the whole commentary but I suspect there may be few other typing mistakes lurking in other paragraphs. Could you please go through and see if I may be right and make the necessary corrections. God bless you.

Matthew Henry commentary is highly valuable to me. Not only the content, but while I'm on the job, this allows me to have a keener understanding of the presence of God in my life. By the way, I'm not a solid supporter of technology, but this has been highly valuable in my pursued relationship with Jezus...

I love this Bible commentary! I also have the hardback commentary book and I've had it for years and I've used my hardback copy of this commentary for Bible studies. There's nothing in this world better than the word of God and I'm elated to have it to use on my phone. It's so convenient. Although I carry the word of God in my heart I can also carry it in my pocket read it on the bus or the train read it on my break at work I just love it it's awesome. Thank you for making it so easy and convenient ????????❤

The MHC, is as good on my Phone as the real book. I had the book but if you can believe this, someone stole it, so when I saw the app, I just had to have it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, I know God will bless you seven fold. Craig

Amazing insight to every passage of scripture! And nobody can say it so articulate as Mathew Henry. So much knowledge backed by a love and zeal for the Lord. Every Christian would do well to have this tool as they study God's word.

This is the "BOMB" app fir serious and deep bible student persons. Helps you know what Jehivah thinks, prefers and requires if you. Gives the correct understanding of what the bible writers and early friends of God thought and did when they read bible accounts. Too much false religion today obscures the real meaning of what Jehovah has had recorded for our ability to find and keep his pleasure. Matthew Henry understood accurately. Read, understand and obey.

I've always looked up Mr. Henry's commentary online whenever I find a verse I'm not particularly sure about. So you can imagine my elation when I found this app! It is perfect. I love It!

I have just started using this app, so not investigated fully. However so far seems to be exactly what I was looking for

I have the 6 volume hardback version of this commentary and love it but using this app on my Samsung S2 tablet is a lot easier to navigate then trying to read the very small print in the six volume set. This is one of the best commentaries available for deep devotional blessings that someone can ever read. I agree with what the other person that said it needs a little closer proofreading to correct some of the sentence structures here and there but otherwise it is excellent and so user-friendly to use.

The app is very, language used also easy and good, it makes me to spend more time with my Bible now than before. God bless you for this.

This is one of the best app I have ever seen. It is good for the expository study of God's word. Its content is more than the hard copy of the commentary I have here with me... God bless as we study His word.

It has helped tremendously in my bible studies to understand many things. It has been easy to use and remains on my must have list for all my devices.

As an Elder in my Assembly and as someone that has a his high interest in biblical research. I find this app too good to let go.

There are some mistakes that needs to be rectified. Otherwise it's a wonderful experience for me reading and studying the Word using this app. Thanks.

I used this app years back, however i uninstalled because to go to a specific verse you had to scroll. I am happy this is tremendous ly improved as you keep on clicking to the specific verse

It helps me with another perspective, other with my 3 study bibles. I have a separate study with this app then with my study bibles breaking the monopoly.

Although Matthew Henry lived ions ago, his biblical knowledge is awesome. This is an excellent companion while diving into scripture with Strongs and both Hebrew Lexicons as well as Greek. It is a great app.

I love this app. I use it all the time. It affords easy access when i can't carry my 6 volume set of books with me.

Very wordy and not succinct so if you don't read much it may be difficult to follow but very in depth.

It is my favorite, easy to understand and can pull the meaning if the scripture without using too many other tools.

For every believer, its a wonderful study material for deeper insight into the sword of the Spirit which is the Word of God
