BSL British Sign Language

Utterly disappointed. Upgraded thinking that there would be more content (numbers missing zero and anything beyond 20, family doesn't have boyfriend, husband, cousin, step-mother -father, questions are missing what which why) but it literally gave me access to a few colours and that was it. I'm going to be requesting a refund because this, despite being a good start, is absolutely not worth the upgrade price.

Linked to an ask the doctor app asking us to continually down load. Really dissapointed

Just teaches you words, so it doesnt help with phrases at all. Much less than what I was hoping for, I will be uninstalling.

I paid for the upgrade and nothing has changed, it is all still the same. Is there any chance you could fix this?

Really good when you wouldn't be able to speak to someone who is deaf and is really easy to use!!! Amazing app

Was disappointing want to learn more and most interesting signs to learn on this couldn't access them

Discussed with this app I paid for the upgrade and there was very very little different go for BSL sign it free and far far better

I learnt some numbers but thats it. You have to pay for everything else.

It only works if you have the full version!

I should have read the reviews before I purchased an upgrade, content still the same, still get ads so contacted bsl via email, was sent a reply that upgrade will be sent and still nothing...really disappointed, don't waste your money!

I downloaded this app yesterday and decided to pay for an upgrade. Nothing has changed. No extra content. Nothing. Emailed them and still have had no reply. I plan on getting refunded and will keep trying

Not enough on getting actual content. E.g. question section is lacking which/why/what.

This app is excellent for showing signs quickly and clearly. I upgraded within a few minutes of working my way through the content, thinking upgrading would unlock more. I assumed that the numbers would go higher than twenty.

I upgraded and nothing happened, I then contacted their customer service dept and they were extremely helpful, a great app, highly recommended.

I have updated and do not see any change please fix this or may I be refunded .....I have deleted this app now so disappointed and I do not recommend this app at all

Easy to follow and read signs, covers a wide range such as, numbers, colours, countries, family etc..... well worth downloading and the upgrade when you're ready.

Did I seriously just pay the upgrade to get nothing extra? When will this be solved?

It's perfectly adequate to someone like me, who is a beginner in BSL.

I am enjoying learning the simple words and signs but when I upgraded I did not get anything extra in the content. What is happening?

What a great app & with great developers! Had probs with upgrading so emailed them & within 48hrs they had done an update to resolve the problem & emailed me to let me know! Makes a nice change that developers actually care! Hope you keep adding more themes and keep up the good work :)

I would like to see more and more different words. I was visiting deaf family for Christmas, and I wanted to say "Merry Christmas " . I looked up the word "Merry". Nothing was there. There are lots of words that need to be added.

I think sign language is an amazing way to communicate.
