The app used to be useful for some time, then it stopped working. When I I click on Login noting happens and it is like this for quite some time now. There is no service hotline to reach and ask how long will it take to fix it. It's very inconvenient to the customers and just useless!!! Too bad...

Seit der Umstellung wird mein Datenverbrauch leider nicht mehr gezählt und ich bekomme manchmal Bestätigungs-SMS über Buchungen, die ich nicht getätigt habe. Außerdem finde ich kaum noch (Tarif-)Optionen, um meinen Prepaid-Tarif zu wechseln.. das war früher alles etwas durchschaubarer. Sehr schade...

If you cancel a prepaid plan you lose your money. Before, you could cancel it, and it continued till the end of the cycle. Now it charges you and if you cancel it, even the first day, you don't get any credit. You have to cancel the thirtieth day or it will get renewed (unless you don't have enough credit) Bad experience. They only want your money. That's Telefonica way of keeping "happy customers". It was much better before. Also no more recharge plans for surfing rates and they killed the 5gb plan.

Ich habe die App nun etwas länger benutzt uns finde es immer noch erschreckend, wie eine gute und funktionierende App (Simyo) nach einem Rebranding in eine nutzlose und unintuitive App überführt wird. So verliert man Kunden.

Before when my data ran out, you could simply text "ja" to 66402. now that option doesnt work on the newly updated servers! i though, oh maybe it would be in the options with the blau.de app. but of course nothing! been stuck on slow data for a week. and im not going to call customer support and get charged to get more data and a charge for the call! doesnt make things easier for us! i will be canceling my service after 4 years and moving to O2. scheiß

Neuerdings kann man weder in der app noch online einen best. Vertrag kündigen, wie das ehedem möglich war. (Der Chat reagiert gar nicht, Emailantwort steht seit über 4 Tagen aus .) Ich möchte einen kurzzeitig benötigten Blau L Vertrag beenden, aber die einzige Möglichkeit ist die eigenhändige Rückstufung auf Basic prepaid 0,00€ - und damit endet SOFORT alles bisherige Guthaben an Einheiten und Datenvolumen. Soll ich jetzt genau den Moment abpassen, vor der automatischen Verlängerung? Wegelagerer-methoden sind das! Lösung: Bankeinzug beenden, dann ist Schluß mit der Automatik.
