3 star for oldest version I cannot access my account in this new version. 0 star for this updated version. It's worst.

Hello, Please check if you can install logout ir app close option otherwise its very difficult to keep running in background, we don't option other than avoid to use it.

Hello! I was with old version as in that one I can have ur transaction details updated one but in new waste of time now a days I am quit irritated by this new version as some kind of wasting time app no used...old one was better if u compare with new one...

First it is slow second no logout option third no separate statement for supplementary card so i will be able to know which payment done by which card in fact the option is there but not working ..... this is financial company these kind of apps should work properly .... now i am not sure about data security????

The whole new version revamp is great .. Clearly made from scratch and not based on the old crashing version.. I didn't get to use all features .. But definitely 5 stars

There is one problem that i m facing ..... How to logout from the app when u r done with what u r doing. I can not log out and even can not go back with the back key of my phone.

Your new update is very very slow. Go back to the old interface.

Its fast and it now supports username and password login and most of all, fingerprint. Kudos!

Please how many times i called that my card has been block but they said re started again in 24hrs in 5 mins etc. but till now its still block please hope you could do something for me.

Extremely slow. Although it tells you to enter existing credentials to log in, it asks for the website username and password, not the app pin. I had forgotten the password and it did not log in even after resetting the password blocking my account. Trying to unblock the account, the call center agent told me that due to the new app/update accounts cannot be unblocked till next 24 hours.

It's slow, and I don't know how to log out!!!! Previous version was easier..furthermore, I can't open my statements to review the transactions..it was very easy before the last updating..

No way to close or exit the app. Takes a long time to load details in the beginning. Definitely not an improvement over the older version.

After update to My najm...While opening App stops or Restarts after few seconds...Previous version was better...

Where is logout option? Even I can't go back using back button.

Nothing is working properly

The restrictions on the pin for the app are more severe than those for the card itself or even the TPIN. And the app seems to not recognize the pin inputs. Even when trying to reset. Has happened multiple times. Very close to uninstalling it.

Just to enter DOB I have to keep tapping or scroll month wise on the calendar till it appear and even after giving proper information it says wrong answer :-) very poor application. Don't want to give 1 star as well.

Najm app / online banking needs to add utility payments with cash back more than 2% in order to make ppl use their card more

This app is good only to check balance. It doesn't have options for payment of SEWA bills. Dear developers plz make the option available in the next update.

It's been a very nice experience with Najm. Though from last 2 or 3 weeks the app is not showing my updated cash back summary correctly. Kindly fix this in the app.
