Smart Biz Event

The new “Smart BIZ Event” mobile application is a revolution in convenience for Thailand’s MICE industry. Created by the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB), “Smart BIZ Event” is free to download and packed with resources for MICE travelers in Thailand, including business event documents, event information and a one-touch registration system.



“Smart Biz Event” is organized as follows:


Pre-Event

Registration / Ticket Selling – Visitors to Thailand who are interested in meeting, trade shows, conferences and exhibitions throughout the Kingdom can instantly register for any MICE event.

Event Information – A comprehensive business event calendar, as well as local venue information, points of contact and web/social addresses, event information, things to do nearby and more.

See Agenda Details – A detailed agenda for each business event, with lists of sessions and speakers.

See Indoor Map – Attendees can easily navigate the event from their smartphone. 

Attendees can save any business event in the app by tapping “Add to Calendar,” which will store a shortcut to the event’s page in “Smart BIZ Event” on the device.

Survey / Questionnaire – Users can submit the surveys or questionnaires provided by local organizers.


In-Event

Attendee Check-in – Attendees can check in by displaying the QR code
they received at registration, rather than using tickets.

Get Event Materials – Users can receive electronic copies of event
materials, such as presentations, event calendar, brochures and speaker information, by scanning QR codes.
