Terminal Bersepadu Selatan – Bandar Tasik Selatan [TBS-BTS] is Malaysia’s premier 24 hours integrated transport terminal located in Bandar Tasik Selatan at the outskirts of the bustling Kuala Lumpur city centre.
The terminal uses state-of-the-art technology to provide the up most comfort and convenience for public transport commuters and express bus passengers to southern, eastern, and northern destinations.
TBS-BTS has over 60 retail and food & beverage (F&B) specialty outlets, spread over levels 3 and 4, for your easy shopping and dining needs.
The upgraded version of the TBS mobile app provides passengers and users of the terminal with new and co-existing functions such as:
1. Real-time bus arrival, departure, and schedule to help passengers and users plan their journey.
2. NEW bus tickets purchase feature with digital QR code boarding passes.
3. NEW GPS navigation function and Land Public Transport guide to direct users to the main lobby entrance.
4. NEW terminal guide provides how-to information when purchasing bus tickets via app, ticketing counter, or online.
5. Terminal information is updated with lists of 24-hour services, amenities, and facilities available to guests.
6. NEW social media Integration function allow users to view, like, share, comment, and tag Terminal Bersepadu Selatan via social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Foursquare.
7. NEW current and future events listing to promote public engagement.
8. NEW Frequent Asked Questions (FAQ) feature for users looking for quick and easy-to-find answers to more pressing questions.

Surcharge mahal. Tiket tak semua available. Dalam apps ada tiket malam start 930pm saja pergi TBS tgk perjalanan petang pukul 5pm ada 630pm ada 7pm ada banyak masih ada lagi. Makin rumitkan untuk rancang perjalanan.

F-ng useless app, if you download this app expecting a function to buy the bus ticket, check your ticket history and go to gate, launch app and just scan the qr code within the app without having the need to key in username and password, well let me tell you something, don't waste your f-ng data and storage to even download this. all this f-ng app do is just show you the news, arrival and departure time for bus and some stupid guide like you never been to a bus station before. Doesn't even have the function to buy bus ticket straight away from the app, it's still better to buy using chrome and when finish, screenshot the boarding pass and scan it later. f-ng lousy app.. hey BTS, YOU JUST WASTING YOUR TIME TRYING TO MAINTAIN AN USELESS APP.. I HOPE THE RM2 EXTRA CHARGE FOR ONLINE TICKETING IS NOT SOLELY USE FOR THIS LOUSY APP MAINTENANCE.

App is mean to provide convenient for passenger to buy ticket online. I cant understand why TBS need to charge 2 ringgit for every purchase. This is just damn unlogical and outdated way of doing thing. I am sure as a client, I wont use it unless it is free. Maybe this is the real reason why Malaysia public service will never improve. I'm also very disappointed with this app. No login feature, so can't get the purchased ticket with QR code board the bus. What's the rationale for charging RM 2 to purchase online ticket? In fact, there should be discounts for buying online. TBS should move forward with what other websites and apps offer.
