Baxi : The Bike Taxi

My experience with baxi is very very bad pls dont download this app they dont have bikes to give you service the just have 10 bikes only , or usi se logo ko bevakoof banaa rakha hai , I HATE BAXI GHATIYA HAI BILKUL

Everytym when i try to open it, it says" go to settings..location needs to be turned on" even when location is on.

To the team Baxi, I really appreciate this startup and it was a success in my eyes but later on after sometime it seems you ppl are not making much money and not providing good services to your drivers which in turn make them quite irritating to work with you guys, if you want to keep continue your start up then kindly think bout them and then you don't have to think abt the services they will provide to the customers, also I work in Faridabad in the beginning it was good but now i don't find driver

I traveled for about 4 km but driver's device showed 8.7 km. I queried driver that how's it possible? He told me that he doesn't know anything about it. It actually costed me costlier than auto. But, still in emergencies and places autos don't go, you can hire them.

My mobile is on, receiving calls for verification. Even app says; verification fail, please on your device.

Its been 2 days .. I am trying to register and I get error server busy- try again.. .. do something..

My location is on..but it still says TURN ON ur location :D haha

The concept is nice. But there are a lot of bugs in the app. For example, for 1st time registration, after verification and all, when you reach the page/activity of Google maps, then if your press the back button, it will take you back to all the previous activities visited like referal code activity, verification activity. It should kill all the activities as soon as a user moves to next activity.

Excellent service and inexpensive idea but app need some reforms 1. There should be billing summary plus clarity in billing of the ride like time taken, distance and charges etc.2.wallet should be by banking.3. There should be an option of live comments and response for commuters.

As soon as I enter my details and try to register. It goes to verify mobile number and ends up with a service error again and again

I took the ride from hudda city center and the drivers app suddenly stopped working , hence he asked for the cash payment which was more then usual..

Guy,s, when I tried to reset password link showing 504 gateway error not able to change password. Please fix it

Fast app with offline fauture book ride

I am trying from long time to take a ride with baxi coz i have wallet balance left but didn't find any buddg at any time of the day.. As far as i see there is no rider available in day time not even near metros, not even near around offices like cyber hub and cyber city. I tried from cyber hub, cyber city, huda city center metro, mg road metro and all in dat time and in weekdays.. It show that the company only runs on paper not in real.

Tried a rider for seven days, never found any.

Dear baxi when I book baxi the location shows he is near to me but when I called him he told me I am not there as he was far away from me please correct this and also you can tell me what is the cancellation charges ?

A Bunch of idiots who got some funding to run a business with no sense of customer service. App acts in a really bad way. Drivers are unprofessional. They start and complete ride without picking customers. Worst service, I have ever used

GPS and network settings are both on. so can't rate because it does not work.

I was hoping you would include payTM to recharge wallet

Drivers are too clever create fake rides by asking codes.

When installed then after then only veryfing.:-(

First time thought of taking this service after installing the app as my driver didn't show up. What I could see is driver(s) available at 0.47km and guess what after pressing book ride it showed again and again that all drivers are busy. Poor won't recommend to anyone.

Problem occurs in beginning. However,it is very natural that to come up with the good things also brings complications. But now, it being improvise at great extend. Also quick and good customer services. Good work guys !!!

Writing it again because can't find any reply button. So you suggested me to email the support team. Go check with them referring my email address and they will tell you how they haven't responded to my queries despite multiple reminders.

Great work! The offline app is a great innovation and a boon for people struggling with poor connectivity. Also, I love the concept of favourites, I usually get known drivers to pick me up.

Not going further location even if my location is on.... rubbish app.... don't know about services....stay away.

This is the worst Services have ever got in touch.Bad experience and app shows rider is near by 0.45km but he actually says he is 6 km away . Never ready for his job..

I registered with my id and mobile number and after update .Not able to sign in with already registered id and password .It shows invalid id. Not even helmet nor wet face tissue paper provided.Really not safe now for a ride
