mytaxi App for Taxi Drivers

MyTaxi is investing a lot of money to their customers but they don't seem to care about their drivers. Will you ever fix the drivers app? Hailo drivers app was 10 times better. I don't see one good review for the drivers app. Do you?

this app has serious gremlins at the moment I put myself free but the app thinks I'm busy so I get no instant hails I can only get prebooked work this follow on job is a laugh job disappears off screen with people ringing looking for there taxi very annoyed MY TAXI FIX THIS APP ASAP

Extremely slow. Cannot login. If can login can't see bottom buttons to make myself available. can't work

Unable to sign up. Impossible. Useless. Frustrating. Wasted my time taking photos and filling out the forms. Then got to a page where it wouldn't accept my address?!?

Customer location is very poor. Latest update was supposed to give full address on job offers before you accepted....it doesn't.

map is very poor and address is not accurate

The new version has a tecnical problem

The app is crazy it sends you follow on jobs when you're on a job you accept then it cancels job sends you another then cancels again this happens 3 to 4 times you drop off fair you have . Home screen comes up no follow on job there , you take a job off the street and then the follow up jobs that were cancelled customers start ringing you asking where you are. This happening a lot when it's busy. Had customers abuse me down the phone. Then mytaxi sending me notifications saying why cancelling a job . And this is one problem I'm having there are a few more .

Where to start from, previously every booking was popping up on my screen, now when they fixed that issue, new one is even the proper job is not coming up on the screen, only way to accept the job is stop what ever you are doing on ur phone go to mytaxi app and then select job, which is nearly impossible because by the time u get there job is gone. Imagine that while you are driving, app is very very slow in response, to call customer you have to press three to four buttons, honestly speaking they are doing well just because no proper competition in market.

Not everyone can see prebook jobs which is unfair to alot of drivers

Such an embarrassingly bad app I'm almost lost for words. Hailo was a masterpiece, whereas this JOKE of a replacement is unbelievably slow, clumsily designed and simply badly made. Cannot believe they've destroyed such a perfect product. Stupidity at its finest.

where to start? to many faults to mention, silent job offers, job offers huge distances away buffering every time you press a button. switching on and off by it's self. mistakes with invoicing, not sure when your getting paid or how much your getting. trouble viewing bookings hard to look back through job history. press 5 or 6 buttons to telephone the customers. have to type in explanation when customers cancels?, no destinations displayed on jobs, no going home button..

If it's the biggest taxi app in Europe how did they achieved it with this app, i am using new Samsung S7 ,every time i am turning it on for work every call i received or made never last longer than 2 mins but when i turned it off no problem so the app does interfere with the background of the network link of the phone and this is just on of my half a dozen problems that i am experiencing with app , LEARN FROM HAILO app please !!!!.

" go busy" button appear even if you have an order or not, almost imposibile to push arrive or charge fair. the new google maps button its covering the central point of map, exactly where ur car is, every response time when u take an order,for push arrive or close an order, its a verry long one even with a fast phone and good broadband. app its a disaster , lot of trouble to drive and work with it

This is a joke right ? They're gonna send us the real app tmrrw.

Pre books not working, No navigation......Big let down

This is a poundshop app. Risk of accident as it bullies its way over everything on the screen. Passenger's complain about it. No work on it anymore as it's all given to the boys with wrapped vehicles who should be paid for advertising instead of being rewarded with advance priority. (This is totally unfair) Its time to say goodbye and hello to a radio company again

It seems like developers thinks that we are seating on the sofa not driving, to call a passenger you have to press 5 different links, when cancelling the job they expect that we will type the reason for cancelling

This is the most useless app that I 've ever seen this app is totaly failiar and shamefull.

Rubbish , bring back the Hailo app This useless app is becoming a headache
