Le Droit Humain - Torino

In seno alla Massoneria liberale, l’Ordine Massonico Misto ed Internazionale “Le Droit Humain” si distingue in particolare per accettare al suo interno persone di entrambi i sessi e per il suo carattere internazionale.
Creata nel 1893 da due francesi impegnati nelle lotte sociali, Marie Deraismes e Georges Martin, la prima loggia mista aveva voluto, con questo titolo, esprimere il fine da raggiungere: agire affinché tutti gli esseri umani potessero godere dei medesimi diritti. Con il passare degli anni Le Droit Humain si è diffuso per il mondo e le sue logge, sparse oggi per i cinque continenti, sono sempre legate fra loro dalla comunanza delle origini e degli ideali. La storia del Droit Humain è fatta da uomini e donne che sono riusciti a dedicare loro stessi e le loro opere al bene ed al progresso dell'Umanità, persone che spesso hanno pagato di persona per le loro idee e per le loro azioni e che debbono essere d’esempio per chi crede nei più alti valori.

Le prime Logge italiane risalgono agli inizi del XX secolo. Dopo la parentesi della dittatura fascista ed il secondo conflitto mondiale "Le Droit Humain" ha ripreso ad operare nel nostro paese. A Torino lavora una loggia che in tempi recenti ha moltiplicato le sue energie ed attività. Created in 1893 by two French engaged in social struggles, Marie Deraismes and Georges Martin, the first mixed lodge had wanted, with this title, express goal to be achieved: to act so that all human beings should enjoy the same rights. Over the years Le Droit Humain has spread to the world and its lodges, spread today to the five continents, they are always linked together by the commonality of the origins and ideals. The history of the Droit Humain is made by men and women who were able to devote themselves and their works to the good and to the progress of humanity, people who often paid in person for their ideas and for their actions and that they should set an example for those who believe in higher values.

The first Italian lodges date back to the early twentieth century. After the interlude of the fascist dictatorship and the Second World War "Le Droit Humain" resumed operations in our country. In Turin, he is working a loggia which in recent times has multiplied its energies and activities.
