VR VNC for Android
Tried many times to makes this work and it never does. Can connect with tradition VNC viewers just fine. Can't get VR Remote Desktop to work either :/ on a Droid Turbo running Lollipop.
Interesting app to show how a computer could be used in VR. The update time through wifi is pretty jittery and colours are degraded, so this is more of a "proof of concept" than actually usable.
Very cool. However, since the last update, mouse input no longer works, which renders it useless.
My router does something witch blocks all vnc connections so i can rely rate
Did not work at all.
Tell me from where I can download pc application for VNC?
Fun to run it if you are a experienced system administrator.
Great app but I am looking for more better
The best VR remote desktop and free.
Amazing
This is cool. I like the fact that this is free with no ads. That's awesome. However, I can't recommend this to a friend just yet. First, there's memory handing issues. I got outOfMemoryError thrown at me. If I wanted to reuse this app, I needed to force close it and clear the RAM. Also, when I first tried it out, I didn't have Google Cardboard, and that caused the app to hard freeze on me. Lastly, I was unable to find a way to stop controlling the mouse with the viewer. Keep up the good work guys!
I can't officially rate this yet because it's not working. The PC application says I've connected, and my phone goes into vr mode, but it's a black screen with a white dot in the center of each eye, and after a few seconds it crashes. The ip and port are correct, and I went thru all settings but nothing works. My phone is a Galaxy s4, and my pc is using windows 8.
I love this app, I think this app had great potential to become the top of VR idea. Just connect with IP or VPN we can do the great connection. But, this app just so laggy. I can't play a game with this. Please make it run faster. Oh ya, I forget something. Please make the Colours better.
Just got the connection working. I don't have my cardboard right now, but I can already tell that the performance is great... I have a question, though: can you disable the mouse input from the phone? I tried disabling "local input", but the mouse was still locked to my phone.
I got this working using my note 3 and a cardboard clone using TightVNC, password created installing TightVNC, ip:port#. I get a error when i connect but it usually works the 2nd time i try. This app has potential i think with a USB connection option etc.. it might improve the quality since right now it has latency issues and the resolution is to low. If there was away to over ride the tracking mouse and use the PC mouse it would be a lot easier. Having the phones camera show in a window below or on top of the screen would make it better since i cant see it behind my 3 monitors. I think with time and upgrades this could be a must have app..
Works perfectly as described very little latency of the video but needs an option for the headtracking and display. As in, switch the view from cinema if that's what it's called to full screen and only have head tracking apply to the mouse movement and to go along with that, an option to enable or disable input override because even with the local input disabled in setting I'm unable to use my computers keyboard or mouse button inputs. Used for gaming on a Mac

Would like if worked. I get a blank screen with the mouse overlays..... No info on how to fix?
Error! VNC connection failed! null Can't remember a more helpful error message. Can I do 0 stars?
As with VNC, it's always a pain to configure but it works fine in the end. Other apps might bring more settings
use the USB data line also could be work, better than vnc in the images, worse than convenience
If you looking to watch your PC content in 3D, this is the app for you. it simply presents PC or laptop screen on your Virtual reality device like Google Cardboard, Samsung Gear etc. Using it for few months and loved it.
Could it be possible to add Bluetooth/USB mouse support? With the bluetooth mouse function added this would be the number one remote desktop app.
IP address with letters are not permitted? can't access remote computer
How does this work?....must your phone and the desktop PC in question both be connected to the same internet wi fi .....or can it work over USB cable?

Please give a USB support, I am impressed by your google cardboard thing which I bought today but not with this software,USB support is needed pls
This app has great potential. Does as described, needs some improvements. But still 5 stars for efforts!!

I would like to use my computer in vr mode. I dont want to move my head. Just a fixed split screen. Also I need to be able to work using a bluetooth mouse. This would be a dream come true feature
