this app is horrible garbage spyware. it runs down the battery. it's also illegal to track employees by GPS on thier personal time. we are required to have our phones on us at all times and can't turn the GPS off. so I have to deactivate the app and force close. everyday when I'm not on company hours. I wish I could give it no stars. without this app running the battery lasts all day with moderate use. same use with app on is about an hour. PURE GARBAGE.

The worse app ever. I can't uninstal it. My helpdesk suggests to wipe out the Phoenix to uninstall it. Crazy.

If you prefer to carry 1 single phone, a personal phone, to access your work email, you should make the company pay for a work dedicated phone if they implement this. Yeah, I know, convenience, but you're screwed. You have no rights to your hardware after installing this. i get it, security and all, but seriously, make your company purchase and pay for a dedicated cell phone for work if this is going to be installed.

I'm able to register to the MDM service, but every email client I use (ms outlook, Gmail, built in exchange client) are seen as another phone and therefore blocked. I'm effectively not able to use my company emails on my business phone

This App. Is Detrimental to my Phone , OVERHEATS CPU, AM CONSTANTLY GETTING RESTART POP- UPS, APP. IS WORSE THAN HAVING VIRUS IN PHONE, MAY BE ONE

Your app sucks my phone keeps on vibrating when i go roaming from home network though i disable vibrant off. Useless junk app.

My phone won't let me uninstall this app. It says I have to deactivate but I can't figure out how to do that. Can anyone help?

Worst app

Crashes repeatedly and everytime it crashes I get blocked from my corporate mail

Keep loosing corporate sync and hence blocked due to this app

This app has really gave me hard time to use or manage! Every time when the passord changed, it didn't take the new password, I have to reset my cell phone to factory settings! Wasted tons of my time and got exausted!

Every time I disconnect from data it tells my corporate exchange server I am not a valid MDN connected and kicks me off the exchange server. This app is a joke and I wish my company would move to something different for there security needs. HATED THIS APP EVER SENSE WE WERE REQUIRED TO USE IT. NOTHING BUT ISSUES

Memory hog

Unable to use my phone after updating Tangoe. It constantly requires me to update my password and you can't uninstall or access other apps while it's in this infinite loop. *My phone is bricked.*

Update not good

This is required by my company and I'm sure the app is backed by large companies like mine so they should have the revenue to correct some issues. A brand new phone has become unresponsive and sluggish due to this. Also it makes no sense that a phone with a unlimited data, voice, text plan would show any type of data usage limits being met. From all of the bad reviews there should be some sort of corrections made to the battery usage issues, ram and mpu usage, unresponsive behaviors of phones with this

Great app wont connect and finish configuring, you can only uninstall the app from inside itself AFTER it is configured! So now I am stuck with a power eating POS, can't get my company email on my phone and I can't uninstall.

Upgraded to Lollipop on my Samsung S5 on VZW and after a week, this seems to be creating various problems from battery life cut to 5 hours, sluggishness, issues with wearables.

Application gives no controls or indications for privacy protection. Someone can cyber stalk you using this app.

What the hell is this...forced security lock and permission of automatic factory reset...

The reason why you cant uninstall is you have to deactivate it through "securtiy" or "location and security" -> "device administrators". Android locks the uninstall option to avoid user from accidentally remove administrator apps. Once you deactivate it, it can be uninstalled immediately. The problem is Android does not tell you why the uninstall button is disabled. Please tell this to all the people who feel annoyed about the innocent app.

Oh, I forgot... I don't have a choice on the matter.
