The app is broken on so many levels.. I can't even create an account, despite following all the steps listed.. I'm in a foreign country and have to look for alternative options for food..

Not fit for purpose

Seriously no one has tested this basic function????? What's the point of this if I can't top up!!!

For some reason the ability to top up my account using the app has stopped. I now get an error message saying that I haven't got an Internet connection and to check my settings. This happens whether I'm on WiFi or using my data (and I have 30gb of 4G data). The only thing it's good for is checking my balance quickly.

Unusable. Doesn't even provide me with an option to log in, just asks for some crazy code right upfront. No settings, no nothing. Rubbish.

Poorest app I have ever used. Comes up with error's before you have even used it. Don't know of anyone who has got it to work, waste of time

Have installed this ahead of moving to a different building at work that uses this system. I've set it up OK, but there are two annoying bugs that persist despite recent updates. First, the back button doesn't work so you can't exit the app apart from using the home key. Second, pressing the menu key brings up an option for Settings, but tapping on Settings doesn't do anything. EDIT 13/5/16 Latest update has got rid of the Settings option, so that's left the non-functioning back button as an annoyance.

Can't even register and only tells you plain error at the end of process, zero help available.

App is crap and doesn't work. Can't register or if i have I can't reset password. Just error messages which provide no help. This is still the worst app I've had the misfortune to you even after the updates. Still no help provided by the error messages.

Users were harmed in the making of this app.

Go back to the drawing board, look up the design guidelines and follow them. And for the love of God make it easier to sign in. Whatever auto login thing you added isn't working.

Annoying level of password security and having to sign in with full security login ( doesn't even remember use name) every time i want to use this app. Will be deleting, as too cumbersome to keep using.

Use of screen estate is so poor, you're forced to enter text into fields hidden by keyboard, but worst of all, when entering card details you have white text on a white background, so can't even tell what you've typed! Took me about 7 attempts to initially register too, for similar reasons. Hate it

App is supposed to speed up life and empty your wallet, I have many apps for financial services all with quick and easy 4 or 5 digit pin numbers. This requires the most intricate password you can think of and you have to enter it everytime... It's easy and faster to use the contactless card they supplied which has no security!!

I don't really see the benefit over the web app, but what really bothers me is that it doesn't save your username and password. Quicker for me to load the web app each time.
