Old app worked fairly well, but had to upgrade this week (10/18/17) and the new app is really useless. Takes forever to load and I still can't get the weekly flyer to work. I have a Samsung, not sure if it's an Android issue.

Had to update the old app and now it won't even open up. It sits on the logo screen doing nothing. When will this be fixed?

The older app worked faster and smoother. I miss being able to sort the click to Card offers I've activated. Looks like I'll be using your web page again.

Since the update I cannot use click2card coupons. It keeps asking me to login even after I log in it asks me again. Please fix.

Painfully slow

I've always loved the Big Y more than any other shopping store. I especially love the fish department because it comes in fresh everyday except Sunday. Thanks again.

I used to look at this once a week. Now all this week it has been going to a white screen and that's it. Very disappointing! This was my favorite grocery store app but not anymore! Going back to outofmilk

I was using this app and it worked great until this last update. It will not load and open. I uninstalled the app and installed it again. Still not working. Whatever changes you made were a major fail. It is now totally useless.

This app worked great until last month. Now every time I click on it the screen goes white, so I'm missing out on all the deals!

Worked wonderful until 3 days ago. Then all i got was a white screen when i opened the app! I loved this app. Now it's complete crap.

It won't let me set up an account. The setup process recognizes my Big Y account number and I completed the required fields with no problem. The Create Account button at the end is grayed out. Tapping this button does nothing, not even an error message. This renders the app useless. I am deleting the app.

6/6 update did not fix the issue of items not staying added. Still does the same thing even on s7. I loved the app until I noticed that each time I opened it, some of the deals I had previously sent to my card had to be sent again. No telling how many deals I missed out on due to this. It is also very slow in loading the deal to the card. Other store apps process them much quicker. 3/3 now it won't save the deals even after repeatedly sending them to my card.

Already have account, won't let me login. I know my UN and PW are correct. No ability to change PW because "another member" Has this account. ??? Fix your App please!!!

Why would a company put up an app that doesn't work. That is worst then not having one at all! Downloaded the app and could not create a account.

I had to enter information 5 or 6 times to sign up because my address had changed. Then I discovered that it doesn't allow you to change the zip code associated with the card. Painfully bad.

This app is the worst grocery store app seeing as I have had no problems with the others. I click the deals to my card & it takes way too long. Then I close out of the app, go back in only to see that the deals still aren't loaded to my card. I have to repeatedly click the deals onto my card numerous times up to & exceeding over 10 times & the deals still aren't on my card. This has been going on for far too long & I'm missing out on these savings because if this, therefore I haven't been shopping at Big Y

Not only will it not let it edit my info, but it doesn't default to my chosen home store when I want to order from the pizza shop. This wouldn't be so bad if it would allow me to choose it when I click on change store location, but I can't even do that. The only option I have is a store 40 miles away. :(

I have an account but I can't sign in, I use forgot password and there's an error. Every time!! So, I can't even use the app. Big Y fix this please, there's multiple problems with this app evidently and a world class market does not serve up its patrons garbage.

Once again, I've edited this 3 times now. App will not update itself when new sales/flyers are released. I'm constantly so frustrated it makes me not want to bother even shopping at Big Y.

What does this app need all of a sudden need access to my microphone for? Why access to my phone calls and to whom am speaking to? Not updating and may simply uninstall.

This new update wants access to device/app history (which includes bookmarks and browsing history) and device ID/call info... you don't need to spy on us. If I can't use your app I won't shop there, so remove the permissions and stop invading people's privacy. Android/Google sucks for this reason.

Wouldn't update before and then I had to reinstall, now it won't download. Not happy.
