Please note that application requires "pressure sensor" to be present in your device (It is not required by manifest file due to testing purposes).
On devices without pressure sensor, fake values are presented and the widget won't work.
***********************************************************
Place SyPressure widget on your home screen to enable sampling.
Please note that trends accuracy improves after several hours of sampling.
Upcoming updates:
- improve predictions accuracy
- aquire pressure from network (for devices without sensor)
- coarse location and gps location detection in order to get altitude and improve predictions (as requested by some users)

Menu and menu button are not consistent with ics. Assets like top icons need to be higher res as they look blurry on 720p screens.

Well designed and well thought out barometer widget app, well worth the money. It claims only to use 2% battery; I use my Galaxy S3 so much that I have to take the developers word for that.

C70%
by C####:

Every once in a while, the application seems to forget the settings and goes back to default values.

I70%
by I####:

doesn't show values or record after a few days of use. Happens on htc sensation too

C70%
by C####:

This app tracks baro pressure real time and records history both in beautiful format. The widget works great for a quick look. I started with the free version and liked it so much that I upgraded to pro.

C70%
by C####:

I'd really like a longer history for the barometer readings. Also, the graph is so small with lots of unused screen space. Ads may go there in the unpaid, but this is the PRO version so having a larger graph would be great. More options for the alerts would be nice. I'm not even sure why it goes off, but I have it disabled because it seemed to go off randomly. I do like the trending feature and the live barometer readings. I guess it's too much to hope for the upcoming updates (3 yrs since updated).

C70%
by C####:

Nice looking app this... The only issue I have is that the readings on my device are consistently -15hPa out. I'm sure this is a problem with my sensor rather than the app. However I would like to be able to offset this within settings in the next build.

C70%
by C####:

The widget is showing me pressure which often occurs in the center of a cyclone. Currently in London and not in a cyclone. Most of the time is showing me values close to 900 hPa where actual pressure at the time is around 1000 hPa. Altimeter sometimes shows me I'm over 200 meters below sea level just cause the pressure is high. And app constantly shows "pressure is constant" "rain possible" no matter if it's sunny warm or already raining or pressure is changing rapidly.

I70%
by I####:

Wish list would be restrict sensitivity to 0.1 or 1 hPa(selectable?) and possily filter out short term changes like slamming car door which totally messes up average

C70%
by C####:

Please add ability to use off set value to calibrate to actual barometer reading. Going to use this to track weather related headaches!

C70%
by C####:

This app worked flawlessly during hurricane Sandy here in New Jersey. A steal for the price.

C70%
by C####:

The FREE Version works just fine, but several chances and all the PAID Program does is CRASH!!!!! You cannot get into ANY of the options that your PAYING for!!!!

R70%
by R####:

I actually paid for this app, so was expecting a little bit more. Main flaws: it doesn't remember altitude pressure calibration, so this feature is now pretty useless. Pressure history graph could show more than just couple of past hours.

S70%
by S####:

Logging is what I'm looking for and the rest of the app rocks now. One request variable trending time, I would like to get an altitude track of my trip to work. Data volume is not an issue here, I'd be happy with 500Meg for sitting trending data if it gave me the details I was after.

S70%
by S####:

Weather predictions are not correct, unable to set accurate altitude, pretty useless app.

I'd rate this app 5 stars if only it wasn't SO damned annoying. I have it on my home screen so I don't need the alerts and have them disabled by choice. Trouble is the app thinks it knows better and re - enables them. Pesky app.

X70%
by X####:

I loved this app, until it started to fail, and by fail I mean the pressure measurement freezes and just flat lines. If the developer fixed this (which had been reported by many users) I'd rate it 4 stars. I had this problem on a Samsung galaxy s3 and now on a nexus 4.

R70%
by R####:

Doesn't use any intelligence to notice you have changed location (or rapid elevation rise/fall) so thinks weather has changed. Altitude base can only be set by pressure and not current altitude (also tricky to change). Doesn't remember msl pressure base. Can't configure weather alerts, e.g. storm alerts only, different tone, alerts can't be disabled at night. Recent trend - scale is wrong. Needs more work to be useful.

H70%
by H####:

This is a fairly good app, but the notification system doesn't work. It keeps changing forecasts each minute.

R70%
by R####:

Could you please add links to the methodology of pressure measurement and weather forecasts. Maybe the timeline/time log should cover days?

R70%
by R####:

This app is good, but additional settings must be added like temperature(for more accurate altitude) and so on... 5 stars becouse its best app in market. 3 stars for the functionality.

T70%
by T####:

It doesn't matter how many times I turn of the "forecast" notifications they turn themselves back on.

E70%
by E####:

but why do i see spikes in the history? this issue was not present in galaxy s3.

R70%
by R####:

Nexus 4 worked for about 48 hours resetting phone didn't bring it back On nexus 4 it worked close to 2 days then crashed never to return I tried reinstalling and it did work again for a short time but the widget just will not update data and shows NA for all readings. Please update the application is laid out well just is not functional right now.

H70%
by H####:

Do not waste your money on this app as if you wait several hours it will be too late for refund as this app does not work for the galaxy note beware most important no easy way to contact provider. Wasted my money on this app....

R70%
by R####:

Great, but: - the altimeter adjustment dial responds awkardly (it does work) - the widget is two tiles wide but has only one tile worth of information

Overall it's alright, but there are some improvements that could be made.

R70%

As for features declared, the app works fine. An unpleasant and undeclared feature is that it can consume as much as 15% of the battery power. This is why I rate the app only 3 stars.

R70%
by R####:

I'd like to get GPS support to have absolute height and pressure not only relative ones.

J70%
by J####:

Doesn't work (galaxy note IS supported with built in hardware ) and Dev ignores emails for help.

R70%
by R####:

Clean and nice application. Needs to be able to set two elevations as base... Like a toggle... In order for functionality... Live in condo so pressure changes drastically.

A70%
by A####:

As a flight paramedic, I use this app to guide decisions regarding respiratory therapy in my special environment. I like it a lot. My only complaint is that the pressure variograph used to display a week, and now only shows the past six to thirty six hours. I liked it better before. Perhaps a future version would allow a choice of length on the graph.

T70%
by T####:

It's OK, at least we have a useful application that reads the barometer. But it has two problems: 1. It's the forth battery eater after 12 hours of very little usage on my Galaxy Nexus (I'll review that again after changing the sampling to 15 minutes) 2. It seems to forget the settings every now and then. Keep up the good work and implement what people are suggesting around here! ;-)

Pressure sensor eventually stops reading. After running another pressure app sensor readings also appear here. Nexus 4.

S70%
by S####:

The option for displaying weather change alerts seems to default to "yes" after a device reset or app update (not sure which). I don't want alerts, and it's annoying that my preference is forgotten. Otherwise great app.

Base pressure varies wildly each time you look ?

Q70%

The sensors on my Nexus 5 lock-up after some hours of using Sypressure. This makes the app unusable for me.

H70%
by H####:

But I wish it had a longer term widget graph for the last 24 hours. So you can see if the weather is getting better or worse. Second by second is to fast.

Y70%
by Y####:

Quite cool and a nice style. On my Nexus 5 the widget and trend graph don't work. After a while when you return to look at the graph you find it hasn't been logging for hours and the current measurement box is empty. If you go to the live graph at this point it gets no reading either. Looks like its locking the sensor up somehow. Would be happy to help debug because I'd like it to work :)
