ShiftNow for Torque Pro is a simple plugin which lets you use your phone as shift light by flashing the screen and playing an audible tone when the threshold RMP is reached. This plugin requires the Torque Pro application in order to communicate with OBD-II compliant vehicles. ShiftNow must be started from the Torque home screen.

For anyone having difficulty finding the options, there should be 3 white dots at the bottom right of the screen when the app is open, this is the settings menu

TIP: I had trouble finding the settings menu at first. To access it, launch the plugin through torque then long press the menu button (on gs5 it's the hardware button on the bottom left). This plugin is simple and does exactly what I want it to do, so it gets 5 stars. I would suggest providing instructions on accessing the settings in the description on the play store though - I almost uninstalled when I couldn't find it. It would also be cool if the display could be customized like the themes in torque

I hv started using this plugin on regular basis. The best part of it is that it gives an audible tone at shift rpm. I dont even have to look at the screen and distract myself from driving. The tone is heard even while playing music. Five stars for this simple but effective plugin!

Not bad for such a free app. Simple and functional. Definitely deserve more stars if a bar LED indicator feature is available for its future update as well as a better GUI. Keep up the good work!
