Cant even open it. Therefore i can not complete my required classes. All started happening after latest update. App doesnt open at all just keeps saying unexpected error please try again. Already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Still nothing.

Stopped working for some reason. Just gives an error when you open it up... you guys need to fix it XD

It worked fine before before the update but I uninstalled it and reinstalled it because it wouldnt let me take the quizzes and now it won't even let me open the app.

Need to complete some classes but the app will not open!

Its a shame it didn't work... it keeps saying that it needs wifi connection even though im connected to wifi, so i cant complete the course.

Spelling errors, redundant info, no easy way to continue to next course, some training courses' videos do not pertain to exam questions. Needs error checked and streamlined at least.

This app was very helpful in the tracing of what is required for a Subway employee. This app is very detailed in the explanation of proper procedure, instructs you also on how to have a positive up beat attitude toward customers and co-workers. Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of a WONDERFUL company.

I'm trying to do my quizzes that are due and all I keep getting is "something unexpected occurred".. thus is unacceptable!!!!

I am able to watch the videos but unable to take any of the tests. Keeps telling me something unexpected has happened. Other than that a good app!

The app is slow and laggy. It sometimes won't load anything at all even if I close and reopen the app. I have to restart my whole phone just to get it to load my courses. Also, when watching videos if I get a full screen notification on my phone or a call, the video will start over with no way to fast forward to where I was. Really a pain in the butt when I'm 25 minutes into one of the 30 minute vids and I have to start it back at the 30 second mark.

On the ones that let me watch the video won't let me take the tests, and the ones that let me take the tests won't let me watch the video??????

I have been able to take the test and watch the videos without it freezing up on me.

Watch videos then it says something unexpected happened when I try to take test its frustrating because I'm on a deadline to get this test done

It's quite good there are just some issues with the videos and exams in other languages, not sure if they have to update or simply there is just an error in the app.

I am now a manager located in Dixon, CA. These courses helped me to improve fast and easily and within my first three months I was promoted to supervisor then a month later promoted to assistant Manager and 4 months later I received my promotion to Manager. If you wish to grow with the company I recommend taking as many of these courses as possible I guarantee this will help every new employee gain the basic knowledge needed to get started and grow within the company.

Erasing notification bar notification about an assigned class erased message from app's memory, and the class was not listed in either enrolled or available classes.

It won't let do the test after watching the lecture.

Would be cool to receive a diploma to print after completing all our courses! :)
