Use it after running. Like the voice prompt. Would like more choice of stretches (e.g. alternative quad stretch).

I looked at a LOT of apps before deciding on this one. It would be perfect if it showed the muscle that's being stretched in red. For some people, it can be very helpful to visualize what muscle you're working.

This app is awesome! It is user friendly and convenient enough for on-the-go use, thanks to the quick start feature. It is also easily customizable for deeper stretching. The stretches themselves are super effective. 99 cents well-spent and possibly one of the best fitness apps I've used. :)
I like this because it motivates me to take the time to stretch. However sharing continues to fail and has done so since May on my iPhone and still doing so on my Android device.

I took up running a couple of months ago, and have found that after a run I often can't think straight enough to remember my stretches. This app is great! You can choose from one of the preset routines (6, 12 or 18 stretches) or create your own. You can also set how long you would like to hold each stretch (10, 20, 30 etc. seconds) There is a countdown timer during each stretch. When you press start, a female voice cues you on each stretch: "Now stretch your left calf muscle"... "OK, switch to your right calf muscle"... Some of the stretches contain further verbal reminders ("make sure your shoulders, hip and knee are all in alignment" for example) Each stretch has an accompanying illustration and there is a database with all 18 stretches with full instructions. These stretches target mostly lower, but some upper body work. I chose the 8 I need the most and set up a routine for those. I just open the app, press start and follow the cues. All stretches can be done outside with only a raised surface (like a bench or step) and a solid structure (wall, bench, post) to brace yourself for a few of the stretches. This app filled a need I had and I am perfectly happy with it!
Easy to use simple app. Covers the basic stretches. Setting has function to increase length. Great motivator Love it
