What actually being downloaded is ads on the back end under the pretext of "downloading updates, please wait" on every single launch. If you need this then have patience.

Like many said, it USED TO be a good app. Now I don't understand why even driving and bus directions can be "Sorry, Not available", when obviously it should available. Also, it seems to only recommend SBS bus service and not SMRT buses. I'm disappointed. Hope you bring the old App back.

What happened to your app. I've been using this app for years instead of google map. After u udpated last few days ago its getting from bad to worse. U can zoom in thats good but when u zoom out u cant even see it clearly and its blurred if i put it on the phone holder. Its liked u made it to look at it only at zooming in and not when its zoom out. Thats ridiculous. And ur map is too lagging from the previous version from 2017. Its liked u guys are making the app worse for me to used it.

The new directions suck, forcing you to accept its unpredictable fixed and often wrong suggestions - lousy algorithms. Much preferred the old system which shows all the bus services for each bus stop allowing you to plot your travel.

Well the map look nice but it couldn't zoom in 2x more closer, it will be 5 star I will pay for this App if you make it more closer! ???? Although now the map can zoom in closer but then it's blurry could you make it more clearly. Thank You! ????

It is a great app to check bus timing and route. I have a problem off late in my Google Pixel 2 when I click on Directions menu item. App crashes and it is reproducible. Please fix the issue.

This version of the app has some serious flaw. Although it is advertised as offline map, it uses a huge amount of data since the last update. As a result, it loads the map much slower when I scroll to a different area. Sometimes it doesn't seem to load at all. If you are on a limited data plan, say goodbye to the app.

Used to love this app. But now I can only zoom once and fonts is extremely small. Really diffcult to see and read. Guess have to switch to Google map.

I've liked this app a lot but recently its new update make me a bit disappointed because the map is loaded much slower when connecting to the Internet.

Extremely slow when starting up. When minimise and start, also very slow. Takes like a minute just to start up! Really lousy app.

I have being using this app for the past few years, and I always tell my friends this app is better than google map for searching property. But now I'm VERY UPSET about it, I can't open the app so I have to use browser to view, which is very inconvenient.... There are so many reviews are about the recent updates ruin this app, can IT department do something please? How I wish I didn't click "update" and now there's no turning back....

Good street directory for Singapore. More accurate then Google map on small roads.

Please change back to older version. Font size is top small, and it doesn't clear search history as well.

This is my de-facto transportation directory. I used to have a few apps for bus directory and maps for going places. I've found that this replaced all of those apps. It's wonderful and I love it. I did not give 5 stars because I realised that it can't be used in split window. Such a disappointment. I'll change to 5 stars when this feature in included in the next update.

I wanted to go to toh guan center from clementi mrt. The bus 183 will come around 22min, 2nd bus option is to take bus 189 which comes in a minute. So i took bus 189 and follow what the app tells me to walk 600m crossing PIE which is impossible.

Looks like developers of application never used it. Map is bad readable, eats traffic more than google map, "show bus arrival" returns non actual time, doesn't build walking routes, too much ads.

Good map but inappropriate way to have ads. The ads play audio without warning and unable to be stopped until ad is skipped 5 second later. In public places like buses and MRT where usually ringtone is generally accepted but playing media audio out loud is considered as inconsiderate, this app's ads are causing much inconvenience and disturbance.

The advertising is very aggressive like. I supported this app for 3 years now, but it's time to move on. I get irritated by the ad slapping me in the face. Goodbye stupid app.

Comprehensive map of Singapore, with up to date maps including even uncompleted buildings and planned roads. The bus arrival timing is also a very useful feature for commuters. Would have been 5 stars if they had better managed how ads were shown in the app.

It used to be good app and I have been using it for the last 2 years. But the recent update have slow respond, inaccurate search result but the worst of all is the irritating persistent advertiments blocking most part of the map. Avoid.

Had been using the app and no issues except the ads. however, after the recent update, serious issues here. (1) i already updated the app but it kept prompting me to update to the latest version 5.1.2 (2) after the update, i am not able to search at all, under WiFi. it's taking forever to search and no results. and i am sure my WiFi is perfectly ok. (3) the most irony part, i couldn't even send my feedback over the app! That's why i am posting here. Pls advise. It has been a good app..

Don always show cheapest route as default. And for the walking guide is wrong, it shows the displacement distance, without any pedestrian walk way. Noob apps

Latest update has fixed the offline problem. But the search option doesn't work offline. Limited ads are not so big issue while using the app free of charge.
