I will change this review once my Steem actually shows up, yes it was my fault I didn't input the correct memo for the exchange. But I have attempted to contact customer service via support chat in the app and email with zero success. Terrible customer support & am awaiting an actual response for 2 weeks. Please ANSWER ME.

Stole my money i used it, sent some btc in.... as the app told me to and the steem never show up

Dont use this wallet! Its been a month now after they stole my steem, still cant see it on my wallet. They keep saying there is some delayed on transaction But other wallet i use transact normally. So disappointing.

~PLEASE READ!!! PLEASE READ!!!~ This is officially a scam. Please do not use this app at all. They used the excuse of working on the blockchain when there was nothing wrong with the block chain at all as other exchangez were trading steem. But they used that excuse to steal your money, i wasnt able to have acces to my money for a month then i wasnt able to send it to another wallet. The. I go to log in today and my account doesnt even exist anymore. Thanks alot.

Since four days all the transactions are failing, whats the issue? Not being able to send steem out of the wallet

Worst wallet ever!!!! This wallet has proven to be a scam wallet. Why on earth will the "transaction delayed" notification been taken off and yet I can't send out any of my coins? Steem transaction has been effective on other exchangers. I so much hate this wallet. All they do is to trap your coins.... Do not download this wallet, its heart broken...rubbish!!!

Being able to buy Steem coins is probably one of the most important features this app could have yet the 'Buy' button remains deactivated. This app is probably going to cost me the opportunity to make a lot of money :(

Ive lost patience!!! .. im waiting 21 days for a 1 transaction. You suck! Im sending all my funds to coinomi and to hell with you. The same copy and paste responses for every issue.. Your steem wallet is garbage.. you blame it in the chain and nodes.. yet this is the only wallet that had issues.. stramge huh?. You say its a bigger problem that is not true.. Is been one week now after i sent 0.05 Bitcoin to my Steem wallet and up till now nothing have shown in wallet. It is still showing 0 coins.

the app itself is good, it's smooth and quick and it holds steem. unfortunately I've tried transferring some steem and it's been in a stuck state now for over 28 hours. I've contacted support and they simple said "it probably cancel" which isn't too reassuring. otherwise it's good

I have 2 transactions stuck!! 189 Steem, one at 139 stuck and the other 50 stuck.. Where are my coins? Support really sucks big time, not helpful at all...Why?? I contacted support with no answer till now...
