PC Quick Commands is a simple app to send important commands to your PC. You can control your PC (or laptop) using this app! It's not a keyboard/mouse replacement, but a really straightforward and easy to use app to lock/ shutdown your PC or even run an app. It only requires a working network connection (unlike other apps that require Bluetooth or connection to the same WiFi network) so you can remotely control your PC from anywhere. It's beautifully designed, supports Android 4.0+ (2.3 support soon) and is completely free (NO ADS).

Commands supported as of now:
- Restart
- Shutdown
- Log off
- Suspend/Sleep
- Hibernate
- Run command (like, ping www.google.com)
- Run application command (like, chrome.exe)
- Custom command
Operating system support: Windows (XP/Vista/7/8/8.1)

In case you are having connectivity issues, please make sure you add the application to the Windows Firewall exception list
This is a BETA app so things are not guaranteed to function properly every time. I am working hard to add more commands and iron out the bugs.

App doesn't work and sent my computer into an error loop. After about a minute my computer turned off. Not sure I would trust this application.

Actually, the idea of creating an account to be able to connect is not that good. I do not trust this. The idea of using it only in LAN is way better....

Does not work, as soon as I run Android app with server running, I get .NET exception window opening one after the other with error 404 cannot be found.

the app stops responding straight after launch on my HTC One M8. I only installed to test but agree with some of the other comments here. Fantastic app idea in principle, however as it's purpose is to remotely execute commands there should be some security measures included rather than just have a plain-text username to authenticate. I would be happy to pay for this app if further dev work fixes the bugs and adds some features.

I.. can't trust this enough to install the PC side, because the lack of any network settings doesn't make sense. Maybe your using multicast, but how about advanced settings for those us who need to see the magic? Feedback on the UI: the first screens buttons disappear when in landscape & when you enter a name the text should be white like the prompt, the black is hard to read. A single updated URL for the PC side would make things easier & less ominous. Would <3 see refine, perhap you take donation?

I want to control my PC to implement some tasks via my smartphone, this app works like a charm. My only concern is about the security. Looks like I can do anything I want on my PC as long as I set the privilege correctly. I only need to login my username on both client and server sides without any password protection. I hope this can be improved in the next version.

The app is great indeed but I see layout errors in my cell (Karbonn A15) Moreover there is no tutorial on how to use custom command etc.

Nice work, lately I haven't been able to shut down windows through remote desktop, this worked perfectly. I do have multiple computers though, work, home, etc. will multiple accounts be available at some point?

For a beta app this is really well designed and worked for me straight out of the box. Will a little polish (proper install on the client, for example) this would easily get 5 stars. Does exactly what it says.

It's awesome for now, but please add feature to save commands. For example I want to run some app very often, so I'll want to have a shortcut for it instead of typing name every time. 3/5 so I can see this feature implemented asap.

this is a great app!! it would be even better if we could send words like typing it on your phone and sending it to the computer, also what are the "custom" commands i cant seem to implement them
