I did registration on this app. After successfully registering i got one pop up text which showing a verification link was sent to mine email but i didn't get any link. Then I called to your help line for assistance and a operator told me to send a email to support team about it. Until now I have not received any response

people don't download this apps need location .by change another person know my location he threat me for 1 lakh taka.remember never download.this apps.

খুব ভাল এপ, তবে আমি মনে করি ইজি.কম এ টাকা জমা রাখার ব্যবস্থা করা হলে ভাল হবে। ব্যবহারকারী নিজস্ব একাউন্টে ক্রেডিট জমা রাখার ব্যবস্থা করা হলে দ্রুত রিচার্জ সম্ভব হবে।

Cannot login through app by using fb or email. But website login was ok.

Love this app. Easy to use. Good security. Although occasional failed transactions. Other than that superb app.

I do not go for mobile recharge at shop now.

It is not working with my american express card from city bank. i have enough funds in that account. Can you plz solve the issue? It shows payment failed after putting the OTP. But works fine with other cards like Visa just fine.. Great app just one issue so didnt care to pull of any stars..

It used to be good even some weeks ago. but recently I can not give input to the card information details segment because the fields provided there are overlapping with eachother. There must have been a software error. any help?

First two/ three times it worked well.but suddenly it stopped working. After inserting the desired number whrn I click on arrow, then it just stopped and does not work. It brcomes hanged!

Previously I used it regularly. but, recently, I cannot use it anymore. The app starts from beginning everytime I go for homescreen. even for watching credit cart OTP. very sorry guys.

I have been using this app almost a year. Everything is good except under 50 tk recharge problem. When I tried to recharge 30/20 tk or recharge multiple numbers simultaneously it says " network problem. Please check your internet settings." I was just wondering how recharge amount is related to internet setting? Cause if i upgrade to amount 50 or more then i got the payment page. Hope you guys fix this quickly. One other thing when some error occurred just like this I could not use this app for the next 3-5 hours.

it's, #fake!!! last 13 August I've recharged my robi postpaid account via my amex card using this app. the app grabbed my amount from amex card but my recharge isn't successful yet. i called to easy customer care service but the number shown up 'line busy' every time. i got an information about this, many people already have been faced such problems before. i prepared to face any questions against them any time.

Very useful app to recharge my phone on the go. Fully secured and reliable. I usually use EBL Skypay gateway and never encountered any problem. Great work Easy!

My all time favorite recharging app. Please make an iOS version too! Never faced any problems while using the app.

I don't want to pay with EBL Skypay ..but it constantly goes to EBL pay inspite of selecting VISA option. I lost my money by using this app

they cut My $ from my card but they don't recharge my phone. when I try to connect customer care the phone dis connected

When I tried to recharge my phone from this app,it says that webpage is not available.my phone is galaxy sduos..unfortunately I have found that it works on other mobiles.For this I'm having a mixed feeling about this app.

Sorry for the title but you should keep in mind that every operator of the country have their own usefull packages by recharge which can be gained through 10-35! Liked it but you should look at my concern...

I have tried more then 1000 time to recharge my number with this app.but fortunately they deducted my amount from my account. but I can't got a single pany on my mobile. for that I made call & mail them by and by.... they didn't respond. ( I have all the documents that I have sent you) totally dissatisfied. :/

Since last 3 days I'm unable recharge using DBBL nexus!! I enter DBBL 2FA Token code and it doesn't work even for a single time. It keeps asking for next code again and again. Disappointed.

Why don't u guys show the the account info's? My saved numbers are not suggesting when I recharge. There is an option to update profile, but app doesn't show the current profile information.

If transactions failed, they don't take any responsibility to refund money which cut from my bank account.
