Brilliant concept, I would invest in this company. App need some attention for company growth. Please take action on the valuable feedback.

Great concept, ruined by too few renters with only one bike on offer (so useless for families or couples) and priced in US$ even for UK. Why not use local currency?

Wonderful concept. Fantastic service. Abysmally glitchy app that has barely improved over the years and has Pavlovianly taught me to cringe when I open it, dreading whatever new (or old) bug that will prevent me from doing something this time.

Can't edit pending bike addition description , neighborhood can't be blank shows up even though I had already filled that in

Great service. Have used it all over the world, both on iOS and now on Android. No issues.

The idea is great, i only had a chance to rent out my bike once,but due to the app bugs i decided to not bother with it. I recently added 5 bikes after about a year of not using it and the app won't recognize my updated password so i can't log in. I'll have to contact tech support again. Please fix the app.thanks SL

Was fine while it worked, but completely stopped working all of a sudden. I'm trying a re-install.

I really enjoy the quick communication feom this company.

I love the service. I have a handful of bikes listed and rent them fairly often. Never had an issue with getting paid, I feel secure with renting them out. I hate the app. UI is janky, and buggy. Messages are hardest hit, with added conversations appearing minutes after I get the text message. The messages appear in a random order with the dates months apart. PROTIP: enable text/email updates. Do not rely on the app/service to update when you are out and about.

Not suitable for high end bikes. I listed two carbon bikes and, although one rental went ok, the second one had major issues. The guy I rented the bike to returned it with a scratched top tube. It looked like the guy had put a race sticker on it and removed it really carelessly. Spinlister considers this as normal wear and tear so beware. I couldn't do a thing.

Other than a bunch of glitches in app. It's a perfect way to make money with your own bikes that are sitting there anyways. Just also need a way to advertise.

When I joined I recieved a personal email from the Chief Marketing Officer which was a nice touch. Hope the app is improved in time because its very clunky and disappointing for such a great idea.

I like the concept of this app. Yes, it has a few bugs and it needs improvements, but it seems to work. I have contacted the support due to an issue with the upload of a picture and another one with the coordinates on the map. The assistant was very helpful and fixed both problems!

App can use a bit of sharpening, but good idea for bikes. Add category for bike repair. Lots of peeps have bikes they dont ride bc they need minor repair and scared to get ripped in a shop. Maybe your neighbor can get u going for a few bucks?

This is a really cool concept, yet the nearest listing is over 200 miles away. Also it would be cool if you could rent kayaks on here.

This app works great on my android. As an avid bicyclists living the Los Angeles dream, this is just one more way for me stay active and not have to deal with storage living in such a small apt.

Nice concept but the app gets stuck at some points, the conversations show the date from months ago. People don't get back to you right away. Many listings don't come with pictures.

Love the concept. App needs has a few bugs that need some improvement. I had some problems registering with Facebook, but customer support was responsive and had it resolved quickly.

Mobile site won't scroll and this app doesn't work at all. I've got so many bikes to list but no way to do it and stay connected with my phone. Super bummed. Please fix! !

The app is terrible even after the update. Information won't load leading you to believe nobody is using it. The mobile website is the go to for this service.

We rented a bike, thieves cut the lock and stole the bike. Spinlister doesn't insure or offer any, thus we're out quite a lot of money. Not good from the renters perspective.

Useless app. I verify my phone over and over vut it doesn't save it. And if u go into 'settings' it crashes EVERY SINGLE TIME. Big waste of time. Uninstalling.

Signed in and went to update my bike. It forced closed after I saved my pricing scheme 4 straight times. Couldn't get past that page, can't use the app. Can someone at spinlister please let me know when this is fixed? I'd be happy to test it out again and review the app over again.

I was all excited, I spent a bunch of time looking for a bike. I finally found one and attempted to register. Everytime I enter my information it asks me to update the app and it's already updated. Can't go forward can't rent bikes.. Total waste of my time.
