Xrbia Customer Assist

Customers/Flat owners of Xrbia only have facility to login with login IDs and password
There will be two options as Bookings and Request Management.
a) Bookings: The respective customer's bookings list will get displayed. User can also view details of respective flat booking.
b) Raise your request: Select project name from provided list, the list will be as per customer's booked flat, the request nature, request type and request category will be as per selected project, Enter contact number Select Date and time, write complaint description in max 255 characters, capture photo and submit the request.
On submission of request confirmation SMS will be send on entered mobile number.
c) view already raised request: Customer can view history of all the request raised by them. If the request is still not completed or satisfied then user can re-open the same request.
