Energia Meter Reading for Android
Not user friendly
It does what's expected.Design of the app is a bit outdated but no other complaints so far.
I did a reading on it and then got a email saying I couldn't give readings using the app? I thought that was the whole point of using the app. I was told to use their account online.
Just got an email from energia telling me that this app is for business users only. Why doesn't it say this here? Why has it taken nearly seven months for energia to tell me this?
New customer to energia, app is just a big disappointment. It is confusing, menus are not clear. Looks like vending machine menu.
I'm a private consumer and just joined energia. Your app is not great, confusing UI, for example the message asking if I want to submit a reading says "would you like to submit a reading now"? And the options are: " yes" or "save"... In addition the sign up process is unclear and I already have an energia account, why don't you use login / password? I don't trust the app to talk to my account as the process is different. For some unknown reasons I have 2 accounts, one for electricity and one for gas, same address. In the app I was confused if I should add gas and electricity to the same account using the meter reference points or create 2 accounts to mirror what's on my bills, which I did in the end. I'm also confused between what you're asking in terms of reference, meter reference... I have only one reference on my meter, why do I have the impression you're asking different things. Overall the app (and the website) need a massive UX refresh. Please observe people trying to do what you think they should be doing.
Design is way out of date. Set up is confusing and app is in no way connected to my online account. Saying that the website is almost as poorly designed as this app. Drastically needs an update and complete overhaul

Rubbish, enough to make me change supplier. Leaving it more difficult to submit customer meter readings so they can charge higher rates 30 mins spent trying to setup app. Total fail.
