I bought my light stick at the official merch stand during their EXODrium concert in LA last month but it won't connect to the app. Is it fake? But I bought it at their concert. Update it connected after multiple tries. The bluetooth to the lightstick is a little bit weird and you have to play around with it for a while before the lightstick connects to it.

After updated to new version... The connection always lost so the color stuck and freeze with blue even on the app the screen showing color changes. Also is hard to connect LS with app now... Old vers. is much better... Please fix it...

Can't connect my ls to this app on my phone (xperia z5 compact), always saying pairing timeout, making my ls looks like fake. But when I tried to connect it on another phone (xiaomi), it turned out well and the color changed

They have updated and fixed it! Awesome! It works now!

It was fine at first my ls color changed but now it keep saying connection lost, cant connect during the concert and even the saying 'put your ls close to the screen' keep remaining, not showing the changing ls. What happened?

I would say I love it but even after the new update I dont have the encore concert on

I got the official lightstick because we had a concert and they were selling it. I decided to use the hack where you change the date and stuff. Mines connect for a while and later it says "connection failed" Idk what to do. Should i delete the app and redownload it? or is my lightstick a fake one?

THOSE WHOSE LIGHT STICKS CONNECTION SAID 'PAIRING TIME OUT' MEANS YOU BOUGHT FAKE LIGHT STICKS FROM FISHY SUPPLIERS. Okay phew. The app is not updated with the latest concerts. Please fix. I enjoyed the GIFT so thank you but please release an update.

Has anyone email sm about the problem of unable to register the light stick? And can I know whether iPhone work? Or is it just doesn't work on android phone.

When I change the date -sep/10/2016 to today- in manage concert device there's nothing when in 2016 the device was register I reseted my cell phone by some problems and not matter if i would change the date, my lightstick was registered but now no, you can tell me why?

Concerts are outdated. how to register for new concert?

You can't register your concrt tickets (not that i have one). I suggest that the registration of lightsticks can be done whether or not one has concert tickets. They purchased the lightsticks after all.
