When launching Scan QR code function in your app, it prompts error "Android camera not working. You might need to restart your device". After I restarted my phone, the same error remains.

App has a bug. SMRT please debug it and post an update or don't release it at all because such incident can project an unprofessional image of you

Downloaded and when gonna take the QR code, it keep prompting Android camera not working. Restart device. I restarted a lot of times and the same message pop up. Can't even take any picture at all. Sickening

Keep asking to restart the apps. But camera function etc is no problem.

Can't scan the Barcode, it's throws error to restart device and still doesn't work. Trying to run in Marshmallow Android 6.0.1

Some qr codes are invalid, some are placed above reserved seats. I look damn awkward trying to scan qr codes atop ppls head

Ok. I found a way to make my android camera work. go to Application manager and select Wink+ then select permission for camera.

First install asked to update when scan the code. Updated and now it says account is locked. What..?

When I key in the correct email and password, it says 'Your account is locked, please contact administrator'.

One issue I have with this is that the 'invalid scan' message will appear whenever a scan is done after 12am. Please check on this.

What a waste of space on my phone. Scanned points that can't be converted to winks and there's no explanation whatsoever on what needs to be done. Why do points need to be converted to winks and then to vouchers anyways. This app is a user nightmare.

what can you expect from smrt ? an app that can't even operate the camera properly . restarted my LG V10 thrice. still prompt phone error. sheesh !

Account always locked. Doesn't reply emails. Doesn't answer phone calls. Blue ticks my whatsapp and doesnt reply. The poor customer service is enough to put me off this time wasting app. First time I'm writing a review on google play coz its so bad. I'm boycotting this. Smrt maybe u should fix ur train breakdowns instead of trying to act cool w all this nonsense. I would give it 0 stars but min is 1.

Previously i thought the points will expiry by year end. I converted my points to Winks. Today it is clarified that the points will not expire but the Winks will expire. Not fair to give such a short notice. The wait for 3s for next scan and location are redundant.

Beware, this app is a hoax! Enjoyed scanning the codes for awhile until my account suddenly became locked for NO REASON. I have not cheated in the least and had also registered my ezlink so it is VERY clear where I am when scanning. Suspect that they did so just to prevent us from cashing in on the vouchers. Looking at the reviews, this seems to have happened to many others as well!

I have not used e-vouchers. Scans qr code with no errors. Dont understand why: 1. Needs 3sec wait before next scan; 2. Needs location, which is not required before (Just want to extact more data out of users?).

Please disable the pop up ad, it doesn't make sense asking people to download Wink when we are already using it! And it is distractive. I just want to scan the qr!

why after new update need to use location to scan the code? waste of battery

Too invasive and unnecessary permission needed. Please don't install. Wait for them to remove those invasive permission.

I'm at 46 points, so near to the needed 50, when all of a sudden I get an "invalid scan" prompt. What gives?

Account was locked without any reason...emails sent not responded....can u please resolve all the queries and unlock all our accounts? I want to use the evouchers i accumulated thanks!

Useless app. Waste my time. Cannot scan qr code, kept saying error with camera. Cannot reset password. The confirm password field didn't allow ppl to key in...waste of time. Lousy app.

Point error... point dosen't even increase... Update: it's even worse now. Some merchants in the hope of saving money just say. Don't accept it anymore. Now I was first told to convert to evoucher, but now since they don't accept, it is just going to expire!!!

OMFG, this has got to be the absolute worst app that I have encountered so far!!! Google Play Store prompted me with an update, so I went ahead & did the update. Then this stupid app prompted me to sign in with my e-mail address & password even though I was already signed in before the update! Then it asked me to enter my mobile phone number to continue. Then this stupid error message popped up: "Mobile number already in use." Seriously, WTF just happened? WTF am I supposed to do now? UNINSTALL, RIGHT?!

Most of the scans I captured were Invalid Scan and now (2weeks later) my account is locked!!!

Always receive No Connection message when tried to sign up despite no problem with wifi as I can watch youtube with HD quality
