Instructions: (1)Download; (2) go to Menu>Notifications to install;(3)go to Menu>Wallpaper>Live Wallpaper. Tap “Settings” to customize the look and performance.

Are you going to fix this or am I going to have to just unzip the .apk and fizz it myself, even though I paid for this? Tried to install on my new Galaxy S4 and it keeps coming up with the Duke Blue Devils.. Should be GT...
